The decor itself was a little run down and the wallpaper was torn in some places, but other than that the hotel itself was lovely. I stayed in a single room and the bed was very comfortable. I could hear people in other rooms as the walls were a bit too thin, but still slept well thanks to the decent quality mattress and bedding. There was a towel in the room as well as good quality soap and shower gel. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but otherwise it worked well. The young man that welcomed me in very kindly showed me how to use the shower and customer service was excellent throughout. The free cold breakfast included a range of cereals, orange juice, toast, butter, and jams which was a good selection. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben gerade einen großen Aufenthalt im St Andrews House Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück wurde frisch gekocht und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde dieses Hotel gründlich jedem empfehlen, der im Preston-Bereich bleiben möchte.

I initially booked and paid for this stay back in January but due to ill health I could no longer stay. The stay was put on credit for me and less than a week ago I got in touch asking if it was possible to use the stay this weekend just gone due to a mishap with calendar clashes. With no issues or delays, it was instantly organised for myself and my partner to stay there, and our room was even upgraded a larger room which was available at short notice. I questioned late at night when I arrived where I could park due to uncertainties with signage, and was immediately advised whilst I was still in the car! We stayed in the Lime Tree room and it was beautiful! Very modern, thoroughly clean, and there were even tea, coffee, milk, bottled water and snacks available which was a great finishing touch and a saving grace for the unorganised! The bed was extremely comfortable, the bedding is great hotel quality too. We will be regularly visiting Preston for our sport as we compete in a local Strength & Performance gym, and we absolutely will be back. It’s definitely made us rethink about driving up and down the country on the day, and put us at ease after previous bad experiences. Winkley Square Residences is the place to stay if you are ever in Preston, located in a lovely area, and an even nicer place to rest your head, run by very helpful and genuinely nice people. Hats off to you guys👍🏼

Phil's hospitality and laid back friendliness was outstanding. Great take away breakfast when I asked for it. Room comfortable clean and well presented, and great value for money. He is open to feedback on ways to improve the hotel and focused on making it a relaxed welcoming place.

Really nice place to stay i was never bothered by anyone very private, bit cold in room but not a big deal for me .Close to everything in preston cant go wrong enjoyed my stay i will be staying here again

Good stay in a fairly close location to Preston centre. Uber only £5 so not mega expensive and saves the walk in being around 15-20 minutes. Rooms modern with bathrooms being very clean and adequate ventilation considering it was a warm night. Only negative would be that there should be a notice on the booking stating how small the car park was. Any car that’s a small SUV and up will very much struggle to manoeuvre, with it being clear to see with the scuff marks on the posts inside the car park. Also the fee for parking overnight was around £3 Overall a pleasant stay for a really good price. Would definitely revisit if staying in Preston again.

Wir wollten die Buchung nur auf 22/10/2022 machen und glücklicherweise waren noch Zimmer verfügbar. Wir waren in der ganzen Zeit, als wir uns versehentlich in einem anderen Hotel (nicht IHG Hotel) annulliert haben und planen, Blackpool zu besuchen. Aber es schien, dass Hotels in Blackpool ziemlich teuer waren, für Studenten wie uns haha ungünstig. So entschieden wir, ein Hotel in Preston zu suchen und dankbar haben wir ein so fantastisches IHG Hotel. Das Personal war ziemlich nett und freundlich. Wir baten um einen Zahnbürsten am Morgen des zweiten Tages und erhielten ihn sofort nach der Anrufe. Wir haben nicht viele der Einrichtungen genutzt, da wir am zweiten Tag des Morgens nur ein Buffet (British Breakfast) hatten. Lebensmittel ist lecker und gesünder und grüne Gemüse wurden auch bereitgestellt. Es ist wirklich schätzen als eine Person, die wirklich lieben, Gemüse mehr zu essen als Fleischhaha.
