I was very pleased with the friendliness, cleanliness and price, the employees were very curtious and very helpful, I had a lovely room with a balcony which was on the 9th floor, clean and tidy, towels changed each day also sheet, lots of entertainment on each night as well as a night club for the more energetic. Lovely food, with a very wide selection. Would definitely recommend

Die Wohnung war ziemlich gut und hatte die Basis wie eine kleine Küche, Waschmaschine, etc. Es könnte definitiv einige Renovierungen nutzen, aber insgesamt war alles in Ordnung. Ich war auf dem 8. Stock und die Aussicht vom Balkon war wirklich schön. Es gibt auch eine Dachterrasse, die groß ist. Lage ist gut, Sie können leicht zu dem Bauernmarkt und Stadtzentrum gehen, und es gibt auch eine Busshalte vor dem Gebäude.

We had high hopes for our stay at the Silken Atlantida Santa Cruz based on the reviews however we was left very disappointed. The pro’s is that the hotel is in a good location, a quick 5 minute walk from the bus station and there is good shopping around and nice eateries. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a great buffet selection. The con’s - overall this hotel is poor value for money the rooms are average size for a city centre, we paid extra for the ‘executive’ lounge. We have been lucky enough to have experienced executive lounges in many hotels around the world and this executive lounge is the worst! It’s just on tap coffee ( you have to take your own cups that are supplied in your room) with fruit ( well just apples) and ‘pastries’ (pre packaged tiny single muffins and single pre packed biscuits ) there isn’t even any fresh milk. In a usual executive lounge you are proved with unlimited snacks and soft drinks through out the day with unlimited canapés and alcoholic drinks early evening for an allotted time slot. You really need to rename what you are offering as it is definitely not an executive lounge. The air conditioning in the room was non existent, the room was uncomfortably warm despite having the air conditioner on ‘full’, the lobby areas around the hotel was colder than our room. The room really lacked any little extras, there wasn’t even any glasses in the room just paper cups never mind any complimentary water, tissues, or extra pillows again in the booking we was told we had a pillow menu?!?! In the bathroom there was no light over the shower and the wall made it difficult to get in and out of the shower. The shower gel was to the end of the bath away from the taps I assume to make it easier for house keeping to refill but there was no non slip *****s so anyone with a disability or who is unstable on their feet could be liable to slip. Seriously I’d give this hotel 3 stars at best mainly for the location but it certainly isn’t a 4 start and in my opinion it really wasn’t worth the €113 we paid.

Our airline cancelled our flight from Tenerife South Airport at the last minute, and rerouted us via the North airport the next day and we had to very quickly book our own accommodation for the night. Booked through Bookings.com pretty much based on proximity to the airport as we had a very early flight the next day. After all the stress of the day the reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Our room was massive and well equipped. We eat at the hotel and it was good and also very reasonable. Due to the early flight and the clocks going forward we were a little anxious that we would set our alarms incorrectly or they wouldn’t update overnight. The night receptionist said he would do a walk up call for us and also would have a grab bag for breakfast waiting for us, as well as organising a taxi. The call happened and the breakfast bag was waiting for us with the Taxi. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and made what was a very stressful time very pleasant, thank you.

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön, die Betten super komfortabel. Ein freundlicher Mensch und gutes Service.

Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett und gehen auf extrawünsche ein. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist cool und das ganze Interieur. Auch die Bar und der kleine weinladen nebenan sind toll (gute Auswahl, tolle Empfehlungen). Die Lage ist grandios und der Ort sowieso. Wenn man Glück hat, erwischt man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz um die Ecke. Die Zimmer könnten eine generalüberholung gebrauchen. Und vom Frühstück hätte ich tatsächlich mehr erwartet. Die käseplatte kommt mit mini Zwieback, die Tomaten sind geschmacklos, der Kaffee ist nicht lecker, nur Weißbrot und wenig Angebote für Vegetarier /Veganer. Alles etwas lieblos. Das beste ist der frischgepresste Saft.
