Nähe zum Flughafen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice, der sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer sind relativ neu mit einfacher Dekoration und einfacher Konfiguration. Insgesamt ist relativ sauber. Das Frühstück ist einfach und es gibt nicht viele Möglichkeiten.

Das Bilbao Holiday Inn Express hatte hilfreich, freundliches Personal und eine große Check-in. Das Zimmer und das Bett und die Kissen waren besser als erwartet. Aber am Morgen fand ich Bitze auf meinem Gesicht und den Händen. Sie könnten von einem Spider gekommen sein, aber sicherlich kamen sie von einer Schädling. Ich war da, um eine Präsentation auf einer Konferenz zu liefern. Ich habe Juckreiz und der Schwellung war offensichtlich. Ich hoffe, die Geschäftsleitung sprühte das Hotel. Ich habe mich an einen schönen Mitarbeiter am Büro beschwert. Ich sagte, ihre Werbung versprach, die Dinge richtig zu machen, wenn das Hotel nicht sauber war. Nein, es gab keine Entschädigung. Ich könnte dieses Hotel noch einmal versuchen. Aber ich bring DEET zuerst zu sprühen. Bilbao ist eine schöne Stadt.

Hôtel un peu défraîchi et près de l’aéroport, d’une église dont le clocher sonne régulièrement et de l’espace communautaire où se font les festivités de la ville de Loiu. Nous avons eu du mal à nous endormir car il y a eu des bruits de fête très bruyants jusqu’à 1h00 du matin. L’hôtel est loin du centre-ville de Bilbao. Les chauffeurs de taxi ne savent pas comment s’y rendre. Par ailleurs, le personnel était fort sympathique et l’atmosphère agréable.

Ein schönes Hotel schließt den Flughafen in einer kleinen Stadt mit ein paar Bars. Der Bus hält direkt draußen für die 15-minütige Fahrt nach Bilbao. Mein Zimmer war ein Doppelzimmer und es war sehr komfortabel. Der Aircon funktionierte nicht, so war es ziemlich heiß. Ich war mit zwei Freunden und nur einer von uns hatte Aircon. Das Einzelzimmer. Das Hotel hatte eine Bar, aber kein Restaurant, das Sie nur sehr grundlegende Pizza haben konnte. Es ist gut wert, wenn Sie in der Nähe des Flughafens bleiben oder in der Nähe von Bilbao ohne die extortionierten Hotelpreise dort sein wollen.

Nous avons fait un check in tardif pour cause de retard d’avion. Accueil tres froid par le veilleur de nuit. L’hotel semble immense de l’extérieur et cela se confirme à l'intérieur. Les communs et l’accueil semblent avoir été rénovés récemment, plutôt avec gout. Demande d’une chambre avec lit double et au final deux lits simples dans une ambiance monacale sans décoration et un état tres tres moyen. La chambre n’a pas eu les memes faveurs que le couloir (interminable donnant l’effet « Shining ») La salle de bain est d’origine (année 60/70?) avec même un bidet. Baignoire d’un autre temps avec faïence murale repeinte qui s'écaille de partout. Le pommeau de douche ne tient qu’à un fil. La literie est à l’image de la chambre avec des couvertures marrons élimées et qui sentent mauvais! Quel hotel utilise encore des couvertures en 2024??? Et pour finir une isolation calamiteuse avec des bruits dans les couloirs et chambres avoisinantes, des hurlements, des meubles qui glissent au sol, des gens qui courent jusque 2h du matin sans intervention du l’agent d’accueil. Et le tout à 125€ pour 2 personnes, sans le petit déjeuner. C’est donc du vol au regard de la prestation qui ne vaut guere un formule 1 à 80€ maxi

This magnificent hotel, situated close to the airport (5 minutes driving, but no noise from airport), within golf club, is perfect place to stay in Bilbao. It’s just ten minutes to Bilbao center, close to Getxo, Plentzia, other tourist destinations. The hotel is situated within renovated palace, each room has its own concept of amazing decoration. Nice view, wonderful furniture, spacious modern bathroom with marble, excellent staff and good restaurant. They have a lot of original antique pieces in decoration. You have also access to the swimming pool and fitness, some conference rooms for corporate meetings, library and even chapel within the hotel area. The restaurant has terrace, the breakfast has variety of fresh products and dishes. The cleaning in the hotel is very thorough and always perfectly done. In our case special thank to Erika and Mikel, those employees converted the stay of our group in unforgettable experience.

Modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage am Fluss. Die Altstadt und das Guggenheim-Museum sind in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Standard-Zimmer ist mit 20 m² nicht besonders gross, aber mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Preis in Höhe von € 18,90 für das Frühstück erschien uns etwas hoch, und daher haben wir stets ausserhalb des Hotels gefrühstückt.

We were a family of three and got the studio apartment. We stayed for 5 nights and were overall very happy. The people at reception were extremely helpful and nice, Ingrid - if I remember her name correctly- was especially welcoming. They have 24 hour reception and check in and check out was very smooth and easy. They also reply to WhatsApp messages during working hours. The apartment had everything you needed and good cupboard space, iron, small kitchenette, nice sized bathroom with good lighting, daily cleaning service, comfortable beds, ... The location was a three minute walk from the Zubizuri bridge and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Numerous restaurants and cafes and supermarkets were a minute or two away. I greatly recommend this hotel/apartment especially for families. The only thing I wish could be was a cheaper price. It was a bit pricey but I would go again for sure.
