Die Lage ist unglaublich schön: direkt am Meer, schöner Park/Liegewiese direkt am Meer, Strand zwar Kies/Sand-Mix, aber guter Einstieg ins angenehme Meer. Toller LagunenPool, geschätzt 75m lang, man kann super schwimmen. Die Architektur ist sehr passend in die Umgebung eingebunden. Also keine Bettenhochburg wie viele andere 5☆ Sterne Hotels auf Zypern. Gibt es überhaupt Anregungspunkte zur Verbesserung, dann folgende: Der Service am Pool/Park/Liegewiese/Strand könnte häufiger zur Liege kommen, allerdings kann man über die App auch direkt bestellen wenn man möchte. Das Sushi Restaurant konnte uns nicht überzeugen, die Drinks an der Bar dort waren aber Weltklasse! Der Spa war in Ordnung, die Sportmöglichkeiten sicherlich herausstechend. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I have just come back from Hylatio Tourist Village in Pissouri Cyprus after a week with my sister. I was pleasantly surprised with our accommodation. We always book a room each and found that we had our own 2 level little houses which would easily accommodate a family of 4. Although basic they were very clean. The staff especially Christian are very helpful and friendly. We opted for all-inclusive and the food was nice with a varied menu. The only downside was the arrival of alot of teenagers on the 5th day when our peaceful, relaxing vacation became quite a bit louder. I would still definitely recommend the Hylatio. It is nicely situated just a 10 minute stroll to the beach.

We previously visited in January 2024 [and also in many previous years] and left a review saying that we were disappointed by the number of noisy golf groups. This year we actually intended to go to a favourite hotel in the Canaries but it was fully booked and so we decided to give Aphrodite Hills another chance in order to play golf in the sunshine. Overall we had a good holiday with friendly service and good quality meals. A group of 30 Polish golfers arrived part way through our stay and made it necessary for us to dine earlier than we would normally choose in order to be served before them. Unfortunately the Fig and Olive restaurant was closed for a few days for maintenance during our stay and we can understand the need for that. On the Sunday evening the only dining option offered to hotel guests was in the Anoi pub - which was full of noisy scruffy football fans watching a Manchester United match. Definitely not the dining experience a 5* hotel should be offering to guests. The following few evenings we dined in the Jasmine Asian restaurant which was very good quality but did become somewhat repetitive after 3 consecutive nights. Strangely the option of dining in the Greek Tavern was never offered which seems ironic given that we were in Cyprus. Breakfast for the days the hotel restaurant was closed was in the Golf Clubhouse and the service was shockingly slow. One day it took literally 30 minutes to get 2 bowls of granola, which was excellent when it finally arrived. Luckily we were not playing golf that day. The only coffee we were offered was filter coffee and we were told that 'special' coffees such as cappucino would have to be paid for. Again not the 5* hotel experience that we had paid for. We would probably visit Aphrodite Hills again simply to play golf in the sunshine on one of our favouite courses but next time will consider staying B&B instead of HB because of the poor dining options offered when the main restaurant was closed.
