The hotel is very deserving of it's 4 stars. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, had ample storage space and were exactly as they are in the photos. The staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was a full English, served at the table rather than buffet style. Veggie option was fried eggs, hash browns, beans and the bread basket contained white and brown slices, white buns, seeded brown buns, croissants and came with cheese slices and either watermelon slices or apples. Hot and cold drinks and cereals were available for self service. The dining area it self was a perfect mix of indoor and outdoor dining with its canopy roof and open access towards the pool. I thought it was a lovely touch that the hotel left a bottle of water for us each day. All the outdoor areas were well maintained and the apricot tree (full of fruit) was simply stunning. The hotel has a very large swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. All in all, it was a fantastic break and i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, my son stayed here previously and brought us down, we have had a very comfortable stay and will be returning very soon.

Wir hatten einen 7-tägigen All Inclusive Urlaub bei dem Hotel gebucht. Das Essen war sehr gut, jeden Abend verschiedene Themen. Das Mittagessen war leider sehr monoton. Die Bedienung war super - es wurde alles schnell vorbereitet und abgeräumt bei Bedarf. George war einer der besten Kellner - sehr zuvorkommend, nett und gastfreundlich! :) Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man bekommt jeden Tag frische Handtücher und Strandhandtücher. Leider keine Ausstattung vorhanden so wie zB. Wasserkocher. Wasserflaschen erhält man erst Mittags und Abends gratis. Einige Getränke sind zu zahlen wie zB Aperol, Frappe, etc. Der Strand war sehr schön, jedoch sind hier die Liegen auch zu bezahlen. Die Level's Bar gehört zwar zum Hotel und hat einen Strandabschnitt, doch auch hier sind die großen Liegen zu bezahlen (€70,00 in der ersten Reihe, die restlichen kosten €50,00) Paar Meter weiter gibt es normale Liegen (2 Liegen, inkl. Sonnenschirm) um €7,50. Die Liegen am Pool sind gratis. Feiner Sandstrand aber im Wasser sind größere Steine - zum tauchen super!

Ich war mit einer Freundin für eine Woche im Nissi Park Hotel, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend von der Größe. Das Personal war durchweg Freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und stand jeden Abend unter einem anderen Motto, es war für jeden etwas dabei, da es eine große Auswahl an Speisen gab.

Wir waren diesen Monat zweimal im Hotel. Das erste Mal mit meinem Mann und wir waren im Flügel nur für Erwachsene und das zweite Mal jetzt 3 Tage mit unseren Babys. Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend, unser Zimmer war Superior und war neu, sauber und geräumig. Die Pools sind groß, sehr praktisch für jemanden mit kleinen Babys und direkt nebenan ist der Strand des Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Der einzige Nachteil für mich ist, dass wir einige Stunden lang keinen Parkplatz finden konnten, besonders wenn wir spät in der Nacht zurückkehrten. Ansonsten kann ich es sehr empfehlen und wir werden es wieder besuchen!

I feel obliged to write this review as someone who stalked reviews before we went away , you spend forever saving for holidays wanted to ensure it was right for us. So.. We booked this hotel when it was advertised as a 4 Star , we received an email from our holiday provider to state that it had changed to a 3. If we wanted to change our accommodation we could , without and admin fee. I looked for other hotels and the difference was nearly £1100.00 our holiday was already paid and we really toyed with the idea of changing. However the financial part of it just didn't seem worth it. We stuck with our choice and headed to our holiday of 10days. Family of 3 - Daughter is 9. We arrived at the hotel , nice man on desk very informative and was handed our key. A KEY with a massive key ring , which I have never had before. We had a family room , we didn't have an updated one unfortunately. Bathroom was very small not much room to put your toiletries. Beds were big and comfy , balcony mid size. We were on the main road & I am a light sleeper so struggled with the traffic noise for a few nights. Bedsheets weren't the cleanest there were stains. We had ants one evening called to reception and we had someone come to our room an sort it within minutes but still not really what you want on holiday. Air con was great kept room freezing which is what we needed as it was SOOO HOT! Cleaners didn't really clean your room , bed was made and floor was moped we came back numerous times to soaking wet floor which we had to use towels to dry it as it was soaking! Food- We woke up next morning headed to breakfast , nice food nice selection not massive which is what I am used to on all inclusive but that had what any brit abroad needed. Cups of tea were lush! Lunch - Snack bar was really good selection of food , it closes just before dinner and lunch starts so you have to get there in time to get something but food was nice. Dinner hall food was a good selection of things over the 10 days. For kids there was 2 trays one with nuggets other with chips that was it. There are themed evenings , we ate out 2 nights as there was nothing my daughter would have eaten. So many lovely bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. The evening food Asian night was my fave and we really enjoyed that. Desserts for kids , there's ice cream that's it. 2 different cake option for adults not much else. Pool - Was like getting in a bath needed a cool down from the heat but didn't get one lol Area was always clean lifeguard was always out and around watching and talking to people to keep them safe which was nice too see. Beds easy to get in the morning , as a brit i always went down early with towels because its in my blood :) Hotel staff were amazing , always had a smile and a good morning really lovely people.
