We’ve been to Cyprus for a 10 day break over the end of June/start of July. We have a lovely time at the hotel with many positives but also some negatives however still an excellent holiday. We are a couple in our late 20’s and after seeing other reviews about how it’s mainly for older clientele, we did not think this at all. There was an even balance of older and younger couples and groups at the hotel. I’ll start on the negatives to get it out the way. Sunbeds: One of the worst places I’ve been for sunbeds, it says no reservation however this is 100% not the case. Our first day we have to get 2 random beds from different sides of the hotel which the life guard helped with just so we can have somewhere to sit. The main pool and indoor/outdoor pool were both fully taken. The other part is if you’re not down there by 7am you aren’t getting a bed. It makes it worse as I’m not normally one for up early to put towels out but it makes you feel like you have to do this or you won’t get a bed. Not the best and needs addressing. I even saw a family leave the pool around 6pm and leave all there towels on the beds. I checked at 11pm as can see pool from room and towels still there so they clearly just keep the same beds for there entire stay. How this was allowed I have no idea, especially when they wasn’t coming out until gone 11am. Location: There’s not much around at all. You need a bus or taxi to get somewhere and even places we saw didn’t seem very worth it. Good for if you’re coming to relax and not leave the hotel. Now the negatives are done there are plenty of positives! Room: We were extremely pleasantly surprised when we checked in around 1am to see we got upgraded to a jacuzzi room. This was a lovely touch and the room was immaculate couldn’t fault in any way. Only thing was we got a turn down service for the first 3 days and then never again? We stayed for 10 days. Not sure if this was policy or who knows, was a nice touch for the start of the holiday! Only downside is the balconies dip lower near the jacuzzi? Could raise them to be the same as the start so have abit more privacy from the other rooms however not as issue we faced as other rooms were empty until our last days. Sea: The sea is incredible and 100% recommend going in! It’s nice and cold and is so refreshing to go in the mornings around 7/8am. They do paddle boards/jet skis etc all other water sports on the beach just outside the hotel which are from 6:30am which is lovely for a sunrise session in the sea! Food: The buffet is okay, it’s nothing amazing in terms of variety as it’s not very big however there is always something for someone. Another plus side is it’s probably the hottest buffet I’ve had, always warm but be careful the plates are boiling some days. The al a carte is beautiful and was honestly a 10/10. Presentation was incredible and tasted even better cannot fault at all. The BBQ on the beach is good and I’d recommend however was rather warm sat there with

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Essen und nettem Personal. Es gibt einen Hoteleigenen Strand, der schön sauber gehalten wird. Die Animation ist klasse, jeden Tag wird viel geboten, von Aqua Aerobic bis hin zu Bocca, Tischtennisspielen und Bogenschießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die von Hope und Artur, den Animateuren, vorgeführte Feuershow, welche auf jeden Fall sehenswert ist. Außerdem haben sie immer für eine gute Stimmung gezaubert. Auch die Animateurin Hillery hat jeden Tag für Kinderunterhaltung gesort.

Schöne Unterkunft, etwas überteuert, aber insgesamt hatten wir eine wundervolle Erfahrung. Wir haben ein paar Punkte durch die vielen Verzögerungen verloren. Sowohl vom Zimmerservice als auch vom Team. Der Hauptmanager schenkte uns jedoch einen schönen Strauß und wir fühlten uns warm. Der Manager von Locatelli, Mario, sein Team und Chief haben uns die beste Erfahrung aller Zeiten gegeben! ! ! Wir sind mehrmals zurückgekehrt, um dort zu essen und sie haben sich jedes Mal um uns gekümmert. Die Zubereitung von fantastischem veganem / vegetarischem Essen und Apu, unser Kellner, sorgten dafür, dass alles fantastisch war. Die Spa-Einrichtungen sind einzigartig, wir haben alle Bereiche und den Salzpool genossen, aber die Massage war so lala, für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr laut, die Kellner stritten sich und es war sehr laut. Die ständige Musik, die überall dröhnt, war auch nicht auf die Gelassenheit ausgerichtet, die dieser Ort erzeugen möchte. Wir waren in den obersten Stockwerken und konnten bis spät in die Nacht noch die Poolmusik hören. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder nach Locatelli zurückkehren. Was den Aufenthalt dort angeht, könnten wir es noch einmal versuchen.
