I will admit that I selected this hotel on price and location. Check in is a little difficult as you fave to arrive at a set time period or pre arrange before you get there. Called the front desk and was checked in without too much bother. Car park is underneath but you need the code to access, which you get on check in, so need to park somewhere in the meantime. Room was clean, equipped with everything I needed. There was also a kitchenette arrangement. It was at the rear and was relatively quiet. However, the place has a feeling of a half way house, or low income rentals. It seemed to me there were long-term residents. The hotel offers little, no food, nothing in fridge, no restaurant, no meals. There is a pool tho. For a cheap one night stay it was ok. Would I stay longer, I don't think so.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, die Rezeption ist sehr nett, um 9 Uhr morgens erlaubt es, anzumelden, und ich habe die Reise für die ganze Nacht gerettet!!!! Super kostengünstig, der Surfer im Himmel 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.

I was one of the attendees for FurDU 2023 at the Crowne Plaza Gold Coast (11 - 15 May 2023), and I was very pleasantly surprised about my time at the hotel itself. Once I got to the hotel, I went to reception, took a little while to check in, the staff were very friendly and quite helpful. They explained to me some of the key features of the hotel itself, also the fact that I was one of their club members or something, and that I had free internet throughout my stay - which was a bonus - hardly ever used it though. As I walked back to the lift I checked my room number - which had a bit of significance with myself (give you a clue: the angelic number). To get to your floor, just simply tap the card on the scanner, then press the floor, only took a matter of seconds before I reached mine, and not long before I had finally let myself into my room. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, as I placed my bags down I took a quick tour of the room to see what amenities I had. The bathroom was quite spacious, a rather large shower and plenty of towels etc (which came in handy). As I'd spent a long trip getting up to the hotel I was a bit on the sweaty side, so I got a quick change of clothes, had a quick shower (make sure the door clicks all the way in - otherwise you'll end up flooding the bathroom floor which is what I ALMOST did). (There's so much positive stuff to write about the hotel - so I'll keep it short) The bed itself, quite spacious, the pillows themselves were plenty enough, I found that I got a good night's sleep, and in the morning went down had some breakfast - a great selection to choose from, be it from hot food, to pastries, cereal and even fruit and yoghurt. Relish (the restaurant) takes care of breakfast in the morning, plenty of space to sit, have as much as you want to eat for breakfast and get out again. Dinners were absolutely amazing, same spot, the staff were quite friendly, very quick to take my order (had the chicken parmi one night, the burger the next), and a beer or two to drink. The next night I went to the restaurant - I pretty much got the same spot where I sat last time, the wait staff even remembered what kind of beer I had from the night before ... now THAT'S impressive, also one aspect about service that I really enjoyed. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, so much so I honestly cannot wait to return next year to experience it all over again .. In all honesty there's nothing at all I can fault the hotel for .. a full 5 * review from all aspects of the hotel, the staff, the food and beverage and everything they've got to offer. So, if you're looking for a place to stay, be it for a short trip away, or a longer vacation, depends on what you're doing, be it visiting the theme parks or the local attractions, I would, without hesitation, highly recommend your stay at the Crowne Plaza Surfer's Paradise, try and get a room with a high floor facing the beach as the views

Wir blieben in einer 3-Bett-Einheit mit unseren 3 erwachsenen Kindern und es gab viel Raum für uns alle. Das zusätzliche Badezimmer war ein komplettes Bonus. Wäre das Spa draußen erhitzt worden und es Sicherheitsbilder auf den Fenstern gab, so könnten wir sie offen lassen. Große BBQ-Bereich und ruhige Nacht. Der Pool ist während eines Tages so geschaut, dass wir im Tag schwimmen können. Einfach zu dem Strand und zum Lichtbahnhof gehen.

Müde und benötigt eine Upgrade. Plus war Lage, Pool und Gemeindebereich. Zimmer war schmutzig und keine Luftkonin in std ein Schlafzimmer Wohnung wie angekündigt. Es ist nicht ein 9/10. Mehr ein 7 aber wenn Sie wissen, dass es gut. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer hatten festen Staub und Moll und gebrochene Fliesen. Staub auf Hoover und festen auf Socken im Schlafzimmer. Wardrobe Spuren waren schwarz, auch nachdem ich versuchte zu reinigen. Vielleicht war es eine günstige ******* Buchung. Die Küche hatte gebrochene Fußboden Fliesen. Sofabett nicht geöffnet. Viele Wartungsarbeiten passieren wie in der täglichen Jackhammer Notifizierung. Es bietet eine Starterpackung, aber Sie werden Seife, Bin Taschen, Kaffee, Tee, Sugar, Salz, Pfeffer, Toilettenpapier, handige Handtücher, Waschpulver, Waschpulver und viele Ankündigungen über zusätzliche Gebühren benötigen, wenn Sie es nicht sauber lassen.

Gute Lage. 18 Minuten zu Fuß zum Broadbeach und 20 Minuten zu Surfers. Gutes Apartment mit Spa-Badewanne, volles Küchen- und Waschbecken. Königsgrößenbett. Balkon mit Meerblick ok. Gutes Schwimmbad und großes Spa-Pool draußen. Viele Parkplätze unterhalb mit guten Größenräumen. Styling wurde geplant, 70’s aber sauber. Wir kamen nach Stunden, aber keine Probleme, sicher an der Seite des Intercoms, die unsere Schlüssel und Eintrittstags für den Parkplatz hatte. Er wird jede Woche gereinigt. Gut für das Geld!
