Clean motel room with microwave, plates, bowls, cutlery and wine glasses. Coffee, tea and biscuits. Bed was comfortable and soap, shampoo etc provided. McDonalds just a short walk away and also a restaurant. Woolworths also nearby.

Das Hotel hat kein Frühstück, das Zimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das große Schlafzimmer aus zwei Einzelbetten besteht, aber die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß 5 Minuten zum DFO und in der Nähe! Es gibt dort viele Restaurants und Ctrip ist viel billiger als direkt zum Hotel zu fahren.

Myself and my partner had an appt and decided to stay here as the photos online looked okay and it was close to where we needed to go. The first problem started when we couldn’t even see the hotel from the road, the grass was overgrown, bushes covering the signage and no lights whatsoever. We were told to check the room before we paid which was fine, we checked and it definitely wasn’t too bad nor the best but we decided for one night it should be okay. After going out of dinner and coming back we properly inspected the room and we noticed all the hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower, mould on the bathroom roof, the room smelt, really outdated, furniture was falling apart, the whole room was just disgraceful really. $150 was a rip off for what they were offering. After noticing the hair in the bathroom, I thought to check the bed and to my surprise there was HAIR again under the sheets and that was enough for us to speak to the guy at reception, get a full REFUND and get the hell out of there. He wasn’t going to give us a refund and when we told him to have a look at what we found he said “it doesn’t matter, I’ll just put the doona back on” implying that he didn’t care and wouldn’t clean the bed free of hair and would just put the sheets back on to cover it. Absolutely disgusting. How they are still in business is beyond me. Will NEVER recommend here and will make sure everyone knows not to waste their money.

OK es hat keine gute Bewertungen und sieht ziemlich scharf draußen aus. Aber dieser Ort war sehr angenehm zu bleiben. $90 für eine Nacht und das Bett war komfortabel, sehr ruhig, großes Raumzimmer (no 5), sehr sauber, großartig modern aussehen mit Geräten, in guter Lage. Der Service bei der Eincheckung war sehr freundlich. Viel sicherer Parkplatz. Sicherlich wieder bleiben. Nur negativ war der Wasserdruck war so langsam. Das ist alles

Die Hygiene ist sehr gut, aber die Lage des Hotels ist sehr abgelegen und es ist sehr unkomfortabel, ohne Auto zu spielen.

Das Personal ist sehr nett, ich habe am Tag des Check-in früh angerufen, um es zu bestätigen. Als wir eincheckten, da wir zwei Kinder hatten, haben wir auch die große Suite kostenlos upgegradet. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein kleines Geschäftszentrum in mehreren Vororten in der Nähe. Es gibt eine kleine Einkaufsstraße, aber es sollten auch Geschäfte vorhanden sein, was in Australien sehr praktisch ist. Es gibt einen Bahnhof vor dem Mercy Hospital nicht weit entfernt und der Verkehr ist ziemlich gut. Der Wermutstropfen kann sein, dass die WLAN-Netzwerkgeschwindigkeit nicht gut ist und die Anzahl der verbundenen Geräte begrenzt ist. Dies kann ein häufiges Problem in Australien sein und das Hotel kann machtlos sein.

Das erstaunlichste, hilfsbereitste Personal. Schöne saubere Zimmer in einer ruhigen Gartenkonfiguration. Absolut fehlerfrei. Doncaster und die umliegenden Nachbarstädte haben viel zu bieten und dies ist eine große Heimatbasis. Es gibt so viel Parkplatz verfügbar und es ist sehr sicher. Wir werden dort viele Besuche durchführen.
