This property definitely has some positives. The price is cheap for an apartment and it's very close to Box Hill Central and pretty close to Box Hill Hospital. The staff were able to get us in to our room early which was also very handy. The negatives, the amenities feel cheap, the double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses pushed together, and the mattresses were very thin. The couch was the same it just felt cheap and poor quality. The other negative with this property was the odor in the corridor which smelt like a mixture of cigarettes and stale cooking smells, although within the apartment we were in there was no odor so that was a positive. If you need somewhere for a short stay in and around Box Hill this property is quite ok, but be realistic about what you are expecting at the price point

Ich blieb in den Wohnungen über die Straße für einen Arbeitsplatz. Ich kam um 8 Uhr nur, um mein Auto für den Tag (vorgeregelt) zu verlassen und mein Zimmer war so bereit, dass ich eingecheckt. Von dem Moment, als ich ins Haus gecheckt hatte, hatte ich keine Probleme. Die Dame am Rezeption war freundlich und sagte, sie haben mich auf eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung aufgebaut, obwohl ich von mir nicht gedacht war. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Parken war großartig! Wifi war gut. Das Bett war komfortabel. Die einzige Anregung wäre ein kleines TV im Schlafzimmer wäre gut. Insgesamt waren die 3 Nächte groß für das, was ich brauchte, würde ich sicherlich wieder bleiben.

Der Standort liegt in Box Hill, dem größten chinesischen Viertel in Melbourne. Hier wird Chinesisch gesprochen und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Zimmer sind alle geräumig und mit großen Betten ausgestattet, was in Australien selten vorkommt.

Die Wohnung liegt in Box Hill. Die Raumaufteilung ist ausreichend, um Kinder mitzubringen. Der Balkon ist groß genug und die Rezeption ist wunderschön ist gut. An der Rezeption kann man alles bekommen, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut für chinesische Familien geeignet. Es gibt viele chinesische Essensmöglichkeiten im Einkaufszentrum Nebenan gibt es auch eine große Apotheke. Wenn Sie zu viel kaufen, können Sie es schnell in die Wohnung bringen. Es ist sehr nah am Bahnhof Weit weg vom Stadtzentrum ist es akzeptabel, mit der Bahn zu fahren. Es ist hauptsächlich für ältere Menschen geeignet und die Umgebung ist praktisch. Das einzige ist, dass der Gehweg nach Müll riecht, daher gibt es ein paar Punkte Als ich den Raum betrat, hatte ich einen guten Eindruck von Melbourne.

This is a well maintained , modern and clean place to stay , with great staff, who were friendly and helpful . Our suite was well equipped , quiet , clean and comfortable . A nice kitchen , 2 TV’s and 2 bathrooms . Comfortable lounge area , a roomy balcony with great views . (Was cold so we did not spend much time out there !) The pool and spa look great - did not use them , was cold and we were busy . Car parking is secure and it was easy to get to our room via the lift . Well placed , close to Box Hill facilities . We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was . We will be back !

Kein Frühstück, es gibt eine Küche zum selber kochen. Es ist sehr praktisch, selbst zu kochen. Der Supermarkt ist etwas weit weg. Keine Zustellbetten, kein Zimmer, aber volle Ausstattung. Es gibt ein Esszimmer und eine Küche, und das Schlafzimmer befindet sich in der Mitte.

Ich bin ein Chinese. Ich habe schon oft in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Beim ersten Mal habe ich das Gefühl, dass es akzeptabel ist. Jetzt geht es mir immer schlechter, aber die Lage ist besser. Der Service kann nur verbessert werden. Es gibt kein heißes Wasser in der Badewanne und die Klimaanlage ist laut. Es gibt kein Ersatzkissen im Zimmer, das Sofa klappt zusammen, nur der Fernseher kann die Anforderungen erfüllen. Ein solches Zimmer sollte Kunden nicht angeboten werden. Ich blieb nur eine Nacht, also verfolgte ich keine anderen Dinge. Ich werde nicht wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Die Lage des Servicegerätes ist ausgezeichnet. Auch die Empfänger sind super hilfreich und nett. Wann immer wir Hilfe brauchen, werden sie sofort Hilfe leisten.

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.
