Room is a bit small, can only open one luggage in the room. So better just bring one luggage upstairs. The building is a little bit old but can see that they placed efforts in renovating it. Stylish renovation. Feel very cozy. Room and bathroom is clean in general. They clean every day. For breakfast they serve English breakfast, some one will come and you can order your food. Very nice experience.

A solid place, extremely pleasant staff, breakfast area absolutely spotless.

We have just had a great stay at the St Andrews House Hotel. The room was clean and comfy, the breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Preston area .
