Das Personal ist großartig: warm und freundlich. Das Hotel war sauber und fühlte sich ins Innere sicher. Das Bett war ziemlich komfortabel. Das AC funktionierte. Die Lage des Hotels war nicht großartig. Es gab große Löcher im Teppich, schreckliches Kaul rund um das WC, die Tür war aus Wassertropfen gefärbt, der Bad-Fan war laut (auch effizient). Vor der Eismaschine war im Halle ein Teil eines Bademantels - nicht einmal ein volles, sondern ein Teil eines mit einem gebrochenen Rand. Mein Zimmer stand vor dem Interstate und es war wirklich laut. Dies ist der Ort, wo Sie bleiben, wenn Sie wirklich eine angemessene Rate brauchen und nicht viel Zeit in Ihrem Zimmer verbringen.

Hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Der Ort hat tolles Personal. Ein Stand ist Robin im Frühstücksbereich! Was für eine freundliche und insgesamt glückliche Person zu behandeln. Frühstück schließt um 10 Uhr, was bedeutet, in der großen Mehrheit der Hotels ich verbleibe in, dass das Essen aufhört, wie 9:15 Uhr zu lagern und sie tatsächlich um 9:30 Uhr reinigen, so dass um 10 Uhr sie sind fertig. Nicht hier !!! Robin ging um 9:59am um die Leute zu fragen, ob sie etwas anderes brauchen, bevor heheh begann zu reinigen. Sie hat sogar die Dinge wieder gefüllt, die die Leute um 9:55am gefragt haben! Und es gab keine Dringlichkeit. Ich sah eine Mutter mit 3 Kindern, die versuchten, Frühstück zu sammeln, und Robin ging aus ihrem Weg, ihr zu helfen. Kann nicht genug über wie groß der Service war. Ihr Manager haltte am Ende auf und er war so freundlich wie sie war. Großes Team

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber und gut gepflegt Immobilien. Zimmer waren angemessen Größe mit großen Betten. Restaurant Frühstück war gut und war ein anständiger Preis. Haben keine Gelegenheit, den Pool zu nutzen, aber auch schön erschien. Parkplatz war ein wenig verwirrend. Es ist die Garage an der Seite (nicht über die Straße. Ob Sie Auto verlassen oder kommen & gehen bestimmt, welche Enterence & Exit zu verwenden. Ich hätte bei der Eincheckung enger zugehört haben.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage im Zentrum von Cincinnati, das in der Nähe zu großen Orten zu essen und Dinge zu tun ist. es ist auch nahe sowohl den professionellen Fußball- und Baseballstadionen.Der Service des Hotels hat immer groß sein je Die Zeit, die wir hier geblieben haben. Die Parkplätze sind auch großartig.

STAY AWAY! Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Was in town 8/21-8/24 for the Green Day concert. My hotel experience almost ruined the whole trip. First, bait 'n' switch. Booked online was shown photos of a one bedroom suite. Thought that's what was in my cart when I checked out. Nope, got there and it was one room, tiny with a tiny and uncomfortable sofa that never got pulled out so idk if it was really a bed or not. I was with a Platonic friend and the room was not going to work. She had to get her own room essentially doubling the cost of the trip. Front desk agent Angelo was rude and surly when told our room was not as pictured and unacceptable. All he would say is that's what you booked so nothing we can do. He smirked the whole time, told me my only option was to go back upstairs and accept the room and told me and my friend he is ”unhinged.” My friend said she did not feel safe in the hotel with someone with room access admitting to being mentally unstable and the way he treated us proved it. Next day manager Aimee offered me $20 in cash to ”buy me lunch” for my trouble (room issue still not actually resolved). I declined that offer because it felt like an insult and Idk if she had the power to just take money out of the drawer and give it to a guest...? I feared she may later accuse me of stealing or something she was so sketch. Her eye was twitching as she insisted she couldn't do anything more because their front desk camera does not include audio so she couldn't verify my account of the events from the previous night. Last thing parking. After self-parking I get emailed a bill for valet. Went downstairs at 5 a.m. Saturday morning to inquire about the parking bill. I really wanted to check out but the valet couldn't straighten out my bill because it is technically a different company and Angelo was back at the desk and I was afraid of him so nothing to do but go back upstairs and wait til 7 when he gets off. I am scared in this hotel. I do not feel safe because I have not been treated like a guest - a paying customer - and now I cannot check out when I want. I am hoping someone will remove the erroneous charge off my bill and not randomly offer me $20 to go away or idk spit in my face or something. Either feels possible. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The slightly lower price is not worth what they will put you through. Stay somewhere decent that will treat you like a customer and not like a vagabond whom they're doing a favor by letting you pay them to stay at their very much sub-par property.

Schönes Hotel. Kosten sehr wettbewerbsfähig und Frühstück ist alos lecker.

I used to stay frequently and then stopped coming for a while because the service wasn't as good but glad I decided o stay again. They have new staff and management and you can tell the difference. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the place was amazingly clean and refreshing. Breakfast was awesome and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Craziest Worst Hotel Experience In summary don’t stay at Homewood suites Midtown Cincinnati!!! They may screw up your reservation, let strangers in your room, rebook you but forget to tell you it’s not for the whole stay you were expecting, enter your room and touch your belongings, throw out some of your stuff, shove your stuff in a cart and essentially evict you due to an error on their part. I booked a five night stay at the Homewood Suites In Midtown in Cincinnati a week before my business trip and had a confirmation email. I checked in on Sunday evening with no issue. Monday after a long work day, I returned to the hotel, my key card did not work and there was a stranger in my room watching tv. Totally unsettling seeing that I was a woman by myself and the man in my room who could have went through my stuff or touched my underwear and toothbrush. We went down to front desk to figure it out with an employee. It was determined my reservation was marked as a “no show” in error. The front desk clerk got the man another room and she made me a new reservation so I could keep my original room. The employee said she would tell billing to give me 50k points and a free food item from the snack bar. I was okay with this, but the next day someone called at 5pm and told me I would need to get my stuff out of the room because the hotel was booked. I explained I had a reservation through Friday but that I would be at the hotel at 6:30pm to discuss with them. I arrived at 6:20 and asked for the manager. She was not available so I waited in the lobby. About 5 mins later I asked again for the manager and was told the manager was in my room packing my stuff. I was appalled! I told her, “why didn’t you tell me?! I would want to pack my own stuff and not have a stranger go through my things!” Feeling completely mortified someone was touching all my stuff (clothes, underwear, toothbrush, makeup etc) I quickly got to the elevator, to find the manager. I found her in the hallway with a cart with all my stuff shoved inside, some in the suitcase some just loose. I had a heated conversation with the manager and the only answer she could give me was that the “no show” opened my room for other reservations and the hotel was booked and she could not give me any room. I told her the front desk employee gave me a new reservation the night before and knew it was thru Friday. To which she explained the hotel was already booked and she only could have only given me the one night. So I asked, why didn’t that employee tell me the reservation was only for one night?! I could have packed my bags and found a new hotel earlier that day. To say I was infuriated would be an understatement. The manager said she discussed this situation with her GM and they decided I should be moved out. So essentially I was evicted, they broke our contract due to a mistake by the hotel. I got the GM and the managers business cards and asked for a call with the GM but the manager said she was

Ich habe früher an der UC studiert und gehe jetzt wieder zur Schule und habe das Gefühl, dass die Veränderung immer noch ziemlich groß ist. Dieses Hotel ist neu gebaut, die Einrichtungen sind relativ neu und ganz in der Nähe der Schule.
