Das Zimmer ist sauber, die Aussicht ist außergewöhnlich .. wir können einen Berg und Strandblick haben.. alle Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Der Schwimmbad ist schön, plus sie haben einen privaten Strand mit einzigartigen Bamboo im Vordergrund. Wir kommen in diesem Resort am letzten Tag des Schulurlaubs. Als wir erst angekommen sind, überrascht es uns sehr, dass dieser Ort nur 2 Ebenen hat und der Bereich nicht so groß. Aber wenn wir ins Zimmer kommen, es genügt für uns.. wir bleiben im Strandblickzimmer. Das Zimmer ist groß, es gibt eine kleine Küche mit allen Küchenausstattung.. so können wir selbst kochen, wenn wir zu lazy sind, um rauszugehen. Die Umgebung dieses Resorts ist schön und komfortabel auch nicht so groß. Und in der Nähe des Strandes, so können wir um die Aussicht zu genießen, während das Kind am Strand spielen kann.. Das Frühstück ist nicht so viel Variation, sondern genügend gor Frühstück. Insgesamt, es ist schön hier zu bleiben..

We chose this hotel because I watched a youtube channel that said this was a good, very spacious hotel. Checked in & out was smooth, the room however was quite limited, not very spacious as the youtube channel reviewed. They provide toiletries, cooking tools (gas stove, pans, pots, plates, spoon, forks and even knives) things that you need if you want to cook. THere was no mineral water in bottles, but they provide you a water dispenser, fridge was available too. no electric kettle, we tried to boiled some water using the gas stove and it took almost an hour. the room floor felt dirty eventhough after I asked the housekeeping to cleaned it up. THe bathroom, was small, you should be extra carefully when you walked in because the floor were the kind that get very slippery when wet. after a shower, the water would get puddled in the door area. and it got leaked out to the room. Breakfast, was okay, they provide bread and jams, egg station, cereals, fruits, Indonesian food. You will have your breakfast with a view. The resto is facing the beach. that actually the extra credit for this hotel. they are so close to the beach, they even have private beach. They also have some big pools, kids will love it here. If you drive here, the parking were separated from the hotel area, it was located accross the hotel, no worries the hotel will help you to park or take your car from the parking area. However, if you want to park in front of the hotel you have to pay Rp.100.000,- but free of charge if you park accross the street.

Komfortabler Ort ist gut 😁

I think the villa used to be a nice one but it is now 20 years old, pooely managed and maintained. I booked through Agoda and they place the negative reviews at the bottom, so prospective clients don't read them. 1.They were inflexible with checkin and out, although they are nearly empty on weekdays. There was no outside toilet except of a dirty Asian toilet. The staff couldn't wait until I checked out although it was 11.30 and I had a searing headache. 2.The villa was 20 years old and poorly maintained. The water in the bathroom didn't work and lights didn't all work. The safety box didn't work, they had no spare key and the rooms were not cleaned when the guest wasn't there. Poorly communicated. 3.The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. I called them because the fridge was smelly. The owner ordered to switch off the fridge in the room on weekdays without opening the door. As a result it was infested by mold. Tge staff 'cleaned' the smelly fridge with a tissue 4.The owner also ordered to switch off the aircon in the dining room. The building was old, so the problem with the smell was worse. 5.The final straw came however, as one of those uneducated boys said I was too old to drive. Uneducated, no English and not even proper Indonesian. 6.The hotel has the same price as one of the best 4* hotels in the area. By no means is the expensive price justified for such a poorly maintained and managed old property
