I think the villa used to be a nice one but it is now 20 years old, pooely managed and maintained. I booked through Agoda and they place the negative reviews at the bottom, so prospective clients don't read them. 1.They were inflexible with checkin and out, although they are nearly empty on weekdays. There was no outside toilet except of a dirty Asian toilet. The staff couldn't wait until I checked out although it was 11.30 and I had a searing headache. 2.The villa was 20 years old and poorly maintained. The water in the bathroom didn't work and lights didn't all work. The safety box didn't work, they had no spare key and the rooms were not cleaned when the guest wasn't there. Poorly communicated. 3.The staff was unprofessional and unfriendly. I called them because the fridge was smelly. The owner ordered to switch off the fridge in the room on weekdays without opening the door. As a result it was infested by mold. Tge staff 'cleaned' the smelly fridge with a tissue 4.The owner also ordered to switch off the aircon in the dining room. The building was old, so the problem with the smell was worse. 5.The final straw came however, as one of those uneducated boys said I was too old to drive. Uneducated, no English and not even proper Indonesian. 6.The hotel has the same price as one of the best 4* hotels in the area. By no means is the expensive price justified for such a poorly maintained and managed old property

Cozy, all foods are delicious, super friendly and helpful staffs, high quality bed and pillow (king koil), clean, unlimited drinking water when you’re staying there. Super recommended to get their ‘bakaran tepi pantai’ for dinner.. upon arriving you’ll get free 5 minutes shoulder massage, welcome drink and also welcome cookies, and while waiting for your room, you can wait in their waiting room with AC and guava juice..

Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem Miss Nissa, die unsere Zimmerreservierung sorgt. Das Zimmer ist sauber, die Aussicht ist außergewöhnlich .. wir können einen Berg und Strandblick haben.. alle Einrichtungen sind vorhanden. Der Schwimmbad ist schön, plus sie haben einen privaten Strand mit einzigartigen Bamboo im Vordergrund. Loved the place. Clean and modern. Substantial breakfast. Most friendly and helpful staff. The water is shallow, though. But that was no problem with 2 pools.

Das Zimmer ist ziemlich sauber, im Zimmer gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Wasserheizer. separate Dusche & Badezimmer, Seifen, etc. Der Strand ist das wichtigste für mich & Familie. Der Sandstrand ist ein Gras, es gibt Verkäufer von jungen Coconuts, brennt Mais, Jajan, Sie können am Morgen am Strand gehen, schwimmen am Strand, spielen Sand mit 1 Pool ist ziemlich klein, aber sauber.

Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung Sicherheit ist in Ordnung Aber es mangelt an Einrichtungen Als gäbe es keine Fußmatte, Es gibt allerdings einen Swimmingpool Ein Handtuchhalter ist nicht vorhanden Es gibt keinen Toilettensitz im Badezimmer Es gibt eine Küche, aber keine Kochutensilien
