Free pick up service from the tourist centre (less than 10min ride) from 8am - 7pm. Was OK, but no food around the area so either you get it from the town before going to the hotel or order food from the hotel itself. Did the latter and the food was really homely and yummy (affordable as well). The reception also operates like a mini convenience store if you’d like to get cup noodles/snacks :-)

Vor der Buchung erkundigten wir uns und sagten, dass wir einen Abholservice anbieten könnten. Ich rief den Chef an und hoffte, dass er ihn abholen würde, und fragte uns Wenn wir sie nicht finden könnten, würden wir zurückkommen... Als wir im Hotel ankamen, fanden wir ein Loft, und mir wurde gesagt, dass ich Ich konnte das Zimmer nicht wechseln, wenn die Zimmer des gleichen Typs voll waren, also musste ich mich damit begnügen. Die Matratze und das Bettzeug im Zimmer waren etwas feucht, aber zum Glück gab es eine Heizdecke... Die Tante an der Rezeption war ziemlich begeistert, aber als ich mehrmals versuchte, jemanden zu finden, war niemand da... Ich wollte Ich wollte am nächsten Morgen nach Chongqing zurückkehren, aber es regnete stark, also rief ich im Internet an. Als ich ein Auto reservierte, bat mich die andere Partei, Geld offline hinzuzufügen, aber ich stimmte nicht zu Die andere Partei legte direkt auf. Das Auto kam nicht und sie wollte die Bestellung nicht stornieren. Ich hatte keine andere Wahl, als die Bestellung selbst zu stornieren, und kontaktierte dann den Hotelbesitzer und sagte, dass es stark regnete, und ich tat es Ich hoffte, sie könnte keinen Regenschirm mitbringen. Nachdem sie uns zum Besucherzentrum gefahren hatte, sagte die Chefin, sie könne nicht aufstehen ... Am Ende half uns die Tante an der Rezeption, einen Privatwagen in ihrer Gruppe zu kontaktieren. Obwohl wir erst 15 Jahre alt waren, holte uns das Auto direkt vor der Hoteltür ab. Wir kehrten reibungslos nach Wulong zurück

The accommodation is a Homestay. From the Tourist Center, walk out the back where there is a road, turn right and walk for about 5 minutes. The name of the apartment is a little hard to find. Notice the English name attached to it is Leya because if you look at it in Chinese it will be very difficult to see. The room is very clean. The beds in the room can sleep up to 5 people. The beds are spacious and soft. Sleep comfortably. Drinking water will be a small bottle. Must buy more from the store. Good location, can walk to the tourist center and nearby are many restaurants. It's a point where tour companies take customers to eat in this area. If there's a chance, I'll go back and stay again.

房間比較陳舊，設施有些損壞，畢竟這個價位也能接受，其他的不想多説了。但有一點是我特別不能忍，就是衞生，打掃得是真的不用心，門口應該是上一輪住客吃過的幾塊西瓜皮，蟲子在上面爬，客廳沙發坐上去，墊子居然是濕的，總體感覺打掃也就衹是換了房間的布草而已。

Friendly and helpful staff. Remote ran out of battery and they were quick to offer assistance Toilet had a sewage smell although it looked and felt clean. However it wasn't too big of an issue because the smell does not spread to the room. Some of the sockets beside the bed were broken & not functional, but most of it still worked. Good location as it's right next to the bus terminal to go to the three bridges & fairy mountain. Easily accessible & a really short walk from Fairy Mountain Tourist Stop.

Das Zimmer ist sehr zufrieden, es ist ein privates Ferienhaus des Designers, das Gartenmode romantisch, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, und es hat einen schönen kleinen Balkon, mit einem kurzen Wind in der Nacht und entspannen Sie sich. 我們一家四口第一次到武隆玩，對於當地遊玩的時間規劃攻略準備的不夠充分，老闆熱心的給予建議，我們選擇了包車出行，老闆還幫忙推薦了一位特別好的司機師傅，一路節省了很多時間，讓我們武隆之旅沒有留下遺憾，想玩的景點全部玩遍並且時間充足。走的時候比較匆忙忘記拍房間照片了，房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔。以後如果有機會再次到武隆玩，還是會優先選擇住在這裏。

We arrived very late at night and it was cold. No assistance from the doorman except his comment that our clothes may not be sufficient for the cold weather. Was disappointed by the bedsheet which was stained despite the room cleaning. However, still like the hotel coz of the ambience. Just a pity couldn't enjoy much as it was too misty.

The hotel is very charming, next to the beautiful mountains. The rooms are similar to 5 star hotels I have previously stayed in. We stayed in the large suite, with a walk in closet, big bathroom, living room (with TV), desk, bathtub, king size bed, and patio. The hotel staff are the most friendly and accommodating! The hostess personally drove us to and picked us up from the tourist center for 2 days. We insisted on paying or tipping her but she refused the money and said she was happy to do it for the guests! Also I’m not sure what time check in is but we arrived at 12:30pm and since the room was ready they escorted us to our rooms immediately upon arrival. The hostess offered to bring our breakfast to our room, if we felt too lazy to come downstairs to eat. The staff is really just too amazing! 5🌟酒店的水平。房间很大，新装修，住得很舒服。我们房间可能有40多平方有衣柜，客厅，阳台，浴缸，淋浴，卫生间，桌子还有大床。 主人真的太客气了，她帮我们接送到游客中心。我们想给她一些小费，她不收。我们12:30中午到了酒店，主人说房间已经打扫好，所以我们马上可以住进去。主人也跟我们说我们不想到楼下去吃早饭，她们会帮早饭送到房间里。 这家酒店真的很优秀 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Well, enjoyed the staying in the mountain at his time , everything was fantastic , the services, the staff desk, the breakfast, the environment ....the room and mountain view especially thanks to Miss Liu for helping us and to upgrade our room after she talked with the manger and his approval to ⁸upgrade ,she was supper nice with a good manar and proficinal ,well done Miss Liu...will for sure visit next time ...if there were more than 5 star i give 10 star for sure :-)
