Der Service der Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber . Die Hausschuhe sind desinfiziert und in Tüten verpackt. Als ich ankam, ist die Lage sehr gut. Das einzige ist, dass es unten einen KTV gibt. Man kann etwas Lärm hören, der sich nicht auf Menschen auswirkt, die gut schlafen, aber möglicherweise auf Menschen, die nicht gut schlafen. Ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt, Daumen hoch

GGastnutzerDie Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr praktisch und es ist einfach, ein Taxi zu nehmen, also haben wir es insgesamt sehr gut gebucht. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft, um am Bayi-Platz, in der Haochi-Straße und in Jiefangbei einkaufen zu gehen. Es gibt viele Essensmöglichkeiten und Attraktionen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön, die Ausstattung ist neu, sauber und geräumig, mit Nass- und Trockentrennung und einem großen Spiegel. Auch der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch und alle Wünsche werden schnell erfüllt. Die Beleuchtung im Raum ist sehr gut, es ist hell, wenn man eintritt. Ich habe Schwester Zhu an der Rezeption gefragt, wo es den Hot Pot authentischer gibt, und sie hat mir viele leckere Lokale empfohlen, die wirklich günstig und lecker sind und ganz in der Nähe des Hotels liegen, nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Im Zimmer gibt es übrigens auch einen kleinen Kühlschrank, was sehr schön ist!

GGastnutzerI have only positive things to say about this hotel and recommend it to anyone who is staying in Chongqing, especially those who want to explore the Shapingba area and/or be close to the Shapingba train station. It's about a 10 minute Didi/taxi ride away which made my commute really easy. I highly, highly encourage anyone to stay at this hotel!
1. It is newly opened (I believe October-December of 2024) and so it is very clean. It literally sparkles! Housekeeping is really good at keeping the room neat and tidy, which you can see from my pictures. I felt very comfortable staying there and of course, the decor was very nice! There is no smoke smell in the room due to it being newly opened.
2. It is a very quiet hotel. It is only one floor (floor 1 is technically the second floor on top of the lobby) to my knowledge and the other guests are pretty quiet.
3. The laundry room is extremely nice. It is very clean (no moldy smell) and the washer and dryer are separate, so it is very effective. There are two washers and two dryers and they provide laundry detergent and also an antibacterial wash if you need it. The laundry room is on the third floor and requires taking a different elevator to get there. Furthermore, the laundry room is in the same room as the gym but there isn't any heavy laundry smell that will disrupt your workout. There are also sinks, an ironing board, and a steamer (if I recall correctly) in the laundry room for all of your needs! The laundry machines are also quite advanced in the sense that you can adjust the temperature if you want; for example, I dried my clothes on low heat. Basically, all of the amenities are nice.
4. Finally, I have to say that the service provided by this hotel is top-notch. You can communicate all of your questions and such to them on WeChat and they reply promptly and so nicely. I checked out at around noon and a few hours later, while en route to my next destination via train, I texted them asking if they had seen a charger or anything of the sort left in the room as I had this feeling that I'd forgotten something. Not only did they reply immediately, but they even sent pictures of additional things that I'd forgotten, such as my slippers, that I didn't even think of. They helped to arrange a kuaidi (courier) to deliver my forgotten items to my next hotel and even helped arrange for express delivery so I could get it as soon as possible. They didn't charge any extra fees for this; all I did was pay the delivery fee for the courier. And when I couldn't track the progress of my order (just foreigner things), they sent me screenshots every time I asked for updates. Another time they helped me out was when I took the wrong elevator and was having trouble getting back up to my floor; I contacted them on WeChat and someone came to help me right away and explain what to do!
This is a truly wonderful hotel with really caring staff. I highly recommend staying here!

Aamilia ngIch habe drei Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und hatte insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, und ich möchte mich ganz besonders bei Xiao Lian, Xiao Zhao und Xiao Huang für ihre hervorragende Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer war fantastisch! Ich konnte die Hongya-Höhle sehen und die atemberaubende Landschaft genießen. Das Hotel liegt außerdem ganz in der Nähe von Jiefangbei, was die Fortbewegung sehr bequem macht. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe, was ein großes Plus ist. Ich werde dieses Hotel meinen Freunden und meiner Familie auf jeden Fall empfehlen! 👍

OoobabeSauberkeit: Als neues Hotel ist das Zimmer sehr sauber und ordentlich, auch die Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher und Bademäntel sind sehr neu.
Umgebung: Das gesamte Hotel liegt im zentralen Geschäftsviertel von Jiefangbei. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr praktisch. Es gibt verschiedene Köstlichkeiten und Snacks im ersten Stock des Hotels mit Blick auf die Straße . Sie können das Jiefangbei vom Zimmer aus sehen. Es dauert nur 5 Minuten, um das Bürogebäude des Kunden zu verlassen.
Service: Der Service ist insgesamt sehr gut. Das Mädchen an der Rezeption hat sehr schnell eingecheckt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Roboter, der Essen aufs Zimmer liefern kann, was sehr praktisch ist.
Ausstattung: Die Einrichtungen und Ausstattung des neuen Hotels sind sehr neu. Als erstes Moxy im Südwestbezirk ist das Gesamtdesign des Hotels sehr schick, insbesondere der Spiegel im Aufzug zum Fotografieren und Einchecken sowie das Telefon Das Zimmer ist auch sehr einzigartig usw. Wenn Sie das nächste Mal nicht auf Geschäftsreise sind, müssen Sie unbedingt wiederkommen, um das Hotel zu erleben. Ich habe gehört, dass das Drehrestaurant auch eine sehr gute Erfahrung ist!

DDerickOverall, as stated by many other reviews, this hotel is the value-for-money champion. Personally, I would rate if a hotel were a real five star hotel or simply a 'self-proclaimed' five star hotel based on the service rendered. Le Meridien Chongqing excelled in this aspect. Every staff member I had interacted with was friendly and warm.
Check-in: Was swift and unlike many chinese hotels which are distrusting of their customers, they did not ask for a deposit. Saves the hassle.
Room: It was spacious, I had previously read some other reviews which complained about the red cupboard at the entrance was terrifying, but personally I liked the chinese style decor. The aircon was slightly noisy and not the most effective, but I liked sleeping in a slightly cooler room. The bed was comfortable, although one side seemed to be more 'slept in' than the other, possibly a sign of the hotel's age. I did also notice some stains and wear and tear in the room but it was nothing serious so I will let that slide. The greatest sign of wear and tear is the shower head, which although was Hansgrohe branded, felt like it was about to break when I tried to change the shower mode. Toiletries were from the Malin+Goetz brand, which I really liked! But of course, ThisWorks branded ones used by Marriott hotels are slightly better.
Facilities: There was an indoor pool and a well-equipped gym- with a smith machine, something that is not available in some 5 star hotels. Impressive!
Breakfast: This was the greatest let down in the stay experience. As I was going up the lift, I noticed a sign stating that breakfast was on promotion at 68RMB per person. That could not mean anything good. The breakfast experience was cut to the bone. There were almost no hot cooked food options, except from basics such as eggs, toast, cooked chongqing noodles(plain) and dumplings. There is simply no way that this acceptable as a 5 star hotel breakfast, something that seems to be mentioned by other reviewers.
Other hotel restaurants- Not too sure why I bothered to try out the other hotel restaurants after the disappointing breakfast but, the chinese restaurant served food that was tasty, but the so-called ala-carte buffet was not great. The food options seemed like leftovers from another hotel buffet or something, and I counted a total of 5 pieces of beef when I ordered the dish 'black pepper beef'. Service was good and seemed well-intentioned though, although they seemed puzzled that I was not ordering more-- The food was not good!
Location: Located in Nan'an, I had chosen this hotel as it offered better value for money than its 5 star competitors in JieFangBei or the Conrad. It was also located in front of a Rail Transit station although I only used it once since the trains were crowded and it was quicker to grab a DiDi around. I think the biggest plus regarding its location is the adjacent Wanda Plaza, which had everything from a Sephora, Uniqlo and many other shops. I regretted not visiting it first before hopping on the train.
To summarise, I would recommend a first time visitor to Chongqing to stay in this hotel, but would I visit it again? Perhaps not, as I would like to try out other options in Chongqing that are newer, and can provide better breakfasts.

GGastnutzerAls ich zum ersten Mal das einladende Land Chongqing betrat, entschied ich mich ohne zu zögern für das Yashan High-altitude River View Hotel, das direkt gegenüber dem Raffles liegt. Sobald Sie den Raum betreten, fühlt es sich wirklich so an, als hätten Sie eine Schatzkiste voller Überraschungen geöffnet!
Der Service hier ist erstklassig. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist enthusiastisch und gewissenhaft und vermittelt den Menschen ein warmes und fürsorgliches Gefühl. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist tadellos. Die Inneneinrichtung ist exquisit und raffiniert, überall zeigt sich ein eleganter Stil und die Gesamtqualität wird hervorgehoben.
Was mich am meisten berauschte, war der wunderschöne Blick auf den Fluss! Wenn Sie vor dem Fenster stehen, haben Sie einen Panoramablick auf den herrlichen Fluss. Der Fluss fließt langsam und Boote pendeln hin und her. Der Wechsel von Tag und Nacht hat seinen eigenen Charme. Egal wann Sie ihn betrachten, Sie können schockiert sein. Es ist keine Übertreibung zu sagen, dass diese Unterkunftserfahrung absolut fantastisch war. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder die Gelegenheit habe, Chongqing zu besuchen, werde ich auf jeden Fall direkt hierher kommen, um meine wundervolle Erfahrung fortzusetzen.
