Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities. The location was ideal—close to attractions and public transport. What truly stood out was the outstanding service; the staff was attentive and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.

Everything was excellent, from the bed in the bedroom which is very comfortable, the sofa in the living room, very clean bathroom. In the bathroom you can find everything you need: toothbrush, toothpaste, accessories for barbering, dressing gown, bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, earplugs and much more, even an umbrella. In the kitchen there is a clothes washing machine with detergent, a coffee machine with coffee bags, tea and everything needed in a kitchen. Kudos to the staff who are very kind. For sure, if I have another chance, I will come back with great pleasure.

Place was great! Clean and comfortable environment, they have robot delivery service as well, very high tech. Went to chongqing twice and this was my first time staying in this apartment, I would say it's better than the other one that I stayed in previously! Highly recommended!

We checked in at 2am, and despite it being a quiet time, the front desk staff was still there to assist us. Room service was also very fast with the use of the robots. Room was huge and could accommodate all 3 of us.

Very nice place to stay! Near to subway stations and some markets and malls. Just be aware that the hotel doesn’t have any amenities related with food. I recommend without any doubt! Finally if you are worry about if they talk English, yes they do it!

這次入住比較驚喜，酒店是簡約風格，看着舒適大氣，房間裏面還有洗衣機，衞生和服務各方面都還不錯格非常優惠，還有免費的停車場，房間設施也很新，前台熱情細心。最讚的是房間提供免費洗衣機，很方便來出差旅遊的人士，推薦!
