Room spacious service good bf sufficient only set back is no bus to the tourist center to catch a tourist bus  for the sights if you have no car.. very big hotel

A very clean and beautiful 5 stars hotel . The room is big and the breakfast with a lot of variety . Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the staying here.

This hotel is good for families travel, breakfast is good , room is good , especially the staff at the counter her name is Vivi. She is very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is up the level of 4 star rated hotel.

Nice hotel and great location. My only complain is that they messed up the payment and pestered us after our stay. Front desk could've handled thing better.

We requested non-smoking room. Even though our room are non-smoking, the room near us are smoking room. As a result, we informed the hotel staff. Despite the staff attempt to spray fresher, our room still fill with smoking smell. After few calls to the hotel counter, the staff manage to upgarde and change to a non-smoking room. The breaksfast is a spread and delicious. Hope the hotel will arrange the smoking and non-smoking room to be far apart so that the same incident will not happen.

Hotel is very clean and service is great. Breakfast buffer spread is awesome.

Nice hotel in Wulong. Recommended to stay here if you are in that area.

Good hotel near Wulong National park. Everyting is new and clean. But we do not like the fact that there is no door in front of the bathroom. It might work for a couple but not guests who come with friends.

We arrived very late at night and it was cold. No assistance from the doorman except his comment that our clothes may not be sufficient for the cold weather. Was disappointed by the bedsheet which was stained despite the room cleaning. However, still like the hotel coz of the ambience. Just a pity couldn't enjoy much as it was too misty.

Hotel is clean. Spacious. Not much view for the 5th floor given.

We had a comfortable stay here. Recommended.

The family room is not just a room, the room is awesome! The room is really big and it comes with a nice decoration for the kids, and the bed provided are more than enough for me travelling with 7 and 9 years old kids. They also provide many option of breakfast menu. Their services is also nice compare with the other hotel.
