Hair dryer is not working and there is no 24 hr hotel reception service, but receptionist delivered another new Hari dryer earliest next day early morning, thank you! Location is good.

Location was very good as its located right in the centre and near the Jie Fang Pei. It has a nice bathtub and good night views which were a big plus. When we arrived at 3pm the rooms were not ready yet so we needed to walk around for an hour which were fine since there’s plenty of malls nearby but if you are tired after a whole day of traveling, this might be an issue. The room floor needs to be mopped thoroughly as you can see from the floor mat I shared here, after using it to wipe the floor by myself, it looked like that. I mentioned to the person in charge but they were not very thorough in cleaning the floors, this will be an issue if you have young kids who tend to roll or lie on the floor. The smart toilet seat was not working and despite telling the manager in charge, they kept insisting it was working and asked me to try again. Finally they decided to let us change the room after much convincing. Frankly, I felt insulted like they implied I don’t know how to use the smart toilet seat. One day, we were locked out of our room because the key card suddenly did not work. We waited for more than twenty minutes for the staff to show up with new key cards after informing them. They told us they were guests checking in and they were short staffed. They could had easily told me to come down and get the cards myself rather than make me and my child wait for so long stuck outside our room.

The hotel is in the middle of the CBD so extremely convenient to visit the city though the facilities could be refreshed and the common area would also need a bit of cleanup.

Great location and the very nice service from the front desk... The only downside is the abandoned swimming pool in the building, it was so sad seeing such a big waste!

Great location. Close the the big snack street but still quiet enough. Room was comfy and clean. Great stay!

位置優越，交通很便利，樓下轉個彎就是二號線的1出口，去李子壩直接做二號線，半個小時就到；走個十分鐘就是一號線和六號線，想去哪裡都可以，房間打掃很乾凈酒店位置是在核心區域，晚上欣賞重慶夜景位置極佳，前台曉曉服務很不錯，房間安全措施也很不錯下了電梯有個玻璃門需要刷卡才能進去 安全特別有保障 真的很不錯，不用擔心安全問題 而且就在市中心 去哪都很方便 附近也有很多打卡點

離臨江門地鐵站1號口很近，出口轉個彎直走就到，出行方便。房間很大，窗户看下去就是解放碑，解放碑會整點報時，不過總體來説還是很安靜的。

性價比超高，酒店房間乾淨，清靜，舒適，清爽，房間乾淨都是一客一換，房間還會用消毒水消毒住着很安心，也提供免費礦泉水，管家茂茂，林林服務俱佳，環境和設施不錯，中央空調還有硬件設施還是比較考究的，樓層外還有防盜門，需要在密碼鎖上刷房卡才能進走廊，房間門也需要刷房卡，雙重保障，住着也很放心踏實，是一次愉快的體驗！強烈推薦給計劃前往重慶旅遊的朋友們。

酒店就在解放碑中間，他們前台大廳不在1樓，在13樓特別的寬敞，還佈置得有休息區，書架。房間還在樓上，樓層上看出去的景色還不錯，我們的房間窗外朝向嘉陵江的方向，因為酒店在解放碑中心離江有段距離，看的是遠景江，風景也不錯，視野比較寬闊，前台曉曉服務很不錯，

酒店位置就在解放碑碑中心附近，周邊也有很多商場，交通也比較便利，走路1分鐘就能到地鐵口了，去洪崖洞走路也就10分鐘左右，離得很近，入住時辦理手續也非常的快，前台曉曉服務不錯，位置是真的好，去哪都方便，樓下就有輕軌真的推薦 寶子們 沖吧

前台小管家星星和茂茂的服務態度挺好的，説話客客氣氣的，酒店位置非常的好，在市中心的地段，價格也還可以，住了雙床，房間也是有窗户的，礦泉水不夠可以免費再加，能看到樓下的解放碑，前台有休息區，看看書，喝喝茶，還可以免費寄存行李，總體是不錯的，有機會再來。

酒店前台小管家星星的服務態度很好，酒店在市中心，周邊是在繁華的商業街，很多大商場，所以位置還是很好的，出行也方便，打車，地鐵都方便，房間可以看到樓下的人民紀念碑，還不錯的，酒店去網周邊的網紅打卡點也很方便，洪崖洞，長江索道，18梯都在周邊，退房也可以免費寄存行李，不錯

酒店很乾凈，去什麼地方都很方便。下樓就是地鐵站入口，房間能看到解放碑夜景。前台曉曉很熱情周到，有還幫忙拿行李去房間退房也不需要去前台。就把房卡放在房間就可以了，給前台發個微信就好了，很滿意，酒店位置也是非常好。然後的話房間也很乾凈，總體來説，還是非常滿意的，沒有踩雷，特別推薦，真的很方便！
