Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

Nothing to complain about. Friendly staff and even shops inside the building. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so is the gym. The area around the hotel is a bit worn down.

This hotel is little bit old fashioned, but still works well, the door men is especially nice and helpful, thanks for their warm help.

房間還行，老酒店了，設施比較老舊。 走廊裏空調開得很足，冷氣都滲透進了房間，我不開空調都有些冷 早餐不錯，符合當地四星級標準。

Looking for accommodation facility in Chittagong, Bangladesh Hotel Agrabad certainly be the right choice. There are multiple ways to reach out at Hotel Agrabad from the airport. Staffs are very professional and well mannered. Food is excellent and surely value for money. Cozy rooms and housekeeping are satisfying. The overall interior provides classic vibes. Nevertheless, as it is located in central of city in busy hours there are pretty traffic all-round.

One of the best service at Chittagong based hotels. I have enjoyed the food it was also good. It's good companion in city area. Al though it was my first visit at this place but their service and behaviour made me feel great. Hospitality was too good

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel agrabad, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

This is my first visit in this hotel. I was surprised when I enter this Hotel. I Thought it was an old hotel but surprisingly no body will feel the taset of old Hotel. They nicely renovated their room and outlet. Room was also very clean. All staff are very polite and helpfull. I haven’t get the chance to have lunch or Dinner but their Brekfast was good enough. Overall I enjoyed staying at Hotel Agrabad. I can recommend this Hotel

Service was good. They are very welcoming. Room equipped with good amenities. I just ask for parecitemal and with in 02 minutes they provided the medicine which the reflection of promptness. The man ( I forgot his name) who was in floor, was very helpful. One thing, their swimming pool was not heated, so it was very cold as it is winter season. I think their Management will look after this. Breakfast also good. Front desk staff were also very helpful. I recommend to stay in their premier floor.

Whenever I visit Chittagong i must stay at Hotel Agrabad. Their service are top rated. As usual breakfast also good. Large swimming pool. This time we stayed in first floor. Room was big enough. Al staff are very helpful. Amenities also sufficient. Keep continue the good service.

The Room was very good. It is nice that being old hotel they maintain the standard by regular renovating their rooms. Amenities was good. Room was clean. Food Was awesome. Specially their Stake is mind Blowing. Front Office staff also very helpful.
