Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

Nothing to complain about. Friendly staff and even shops inside the building. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so is the gym. The area around the hotel is a bit worn down.

This hotel is little bit old fashioned, but still works well, the door men is especially nice and helpful, thanks for their warm help.

能住~早餐別奢望好吃..能吃 床墊一般般~挺老的. 唯一方便就是附近門口有個達美樂~很呆嗎吃飯.本地吃不喜歡

大堂比較大氣，但是房間內有點不夠意思。

在吉大港，可以算得上數得酒店，房間設施等都很好，但是美中不足，比如餐廳單一，牙刷這些太低檔，總體來説非常OK

房間還行，老酒店了，設施比較老舊。 走廊裏空調開得很足，冷氣都滲透進了房間，我不開空調都有些冷 早餐不錯，符合當地四星級標準。

Staffs are very professional and well mannered. Food is excellent and surely value for money. Cozy rooms and housekeeping are satisfying. The overall interior provides classic vibes. Nevertheless, as it is located in central of city in busy hours there are pretty traffic all-round.
