While I was expecting a basic boutique hotel for the price we paid, this place surprised us completely. Everything from the fittings and amenities in the room to the decor was top-notch. I certainly didnt expect a highly wired room with an Android TV-powered smart tv and 300 Mbps blazing internet connectivity! And the hospitality also was on par with higher-end hotels and not like a basic boutique LOCATION: Good location close to all points of interest in the city center DINE + DRINK: They have a lovely wine bar and the breakfast was worth waking up for too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 305, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Super compact Gym with an Old school free weights and an elliptical machine. Ok for diehard fitness *******, not motivating enough for the rest probably! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Nachdem ich von Kiu nach Kishiu mit dem Nachtbus nach Kishiu gefahren habe, versuchte ich, die Ankunftsverfahren morgens zu bearbeiten, und er passierte es reibungslos. Innerhalb des Innenraums ist sehr alt, aber die Lage im Stadtzentrum ist mit einem Preis von etwa 7400 yen für zwei Einzelbetten, so dass ich denke, dass der Preis sehr hoch ist. Der Nachteil ist, dass das Wi-Fi schwach ist und keine detaillierten Bequemlichkeiten vorhanden sind.

Das Hotel ist klein. Im kleinen Innenhof stehen wunderschöne Bäume. Ideal für einen Sommerurlaub, aber auch gut im Frühling. Die holzbefeuerte Sauna ist wunderbar. Wir fragten vorher, welche Temperatur uns gefiel. Es gab Kräutertee. Das Deluxe-Zimmer ist ausgezeichnet. Es gibt ein Bad. In der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Fünf Minuten und Sie sind in der Nähe des Arc de Triomphe. Sie können auf dem Balkon sitzen. Es gibt keine besonderen Mängel, vielleicht ist nur zu wenig Wasserkocher im Zimmer vorhanden. Darüber hinaus zerbricht das Geschirr leicht, da die Beschichtung gefliest ist. Die Inneneinrichtung ist recht angenehm im Loft-Stil. Das Frühstück findet in einem kleinen Restaurant im Erdgeschoss des Hotels statt. Alle Gerichte sind köstlich. Es gab gekochtes Gemüse, Würstchen, Müsli, hartgekochte Eier, Wurst, Käse. Auch Tee und Kaffee liegen auf dem gleichen Niveau. Die Verwalter schaffen eine freundliche A**osphäre im Hotel.

Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)

GGastnutzerI booked this hotel for 7 nights and while being there, my trip was shortened by 1 day. My assistant asked if we could shorten the stay with one day and if this would be charged. The hotel manager answered ”We confirm to cancel the last night and it will not cost for this change.” So, I supposed that the last night was not charged. And indeed, the hotel bill was lowered from 18.900 MDL to 16.200 MDL. However, the credit card amount, converted in Euro was equivalent to 18.900 MDL. When asking to correct this, the hotel manager stated that they do charge for the last night because it was a non-refundable rate but they did not charge anything for changing from 7 to 6 nights. (???? non-refundable OK but never experienced a hotel charging for shortening a stay, this was a nonsense argument !!!) In essence, the hotel manager just thought that we would not check what was really charged to the credit card. Hotel Manager: ... do not take people for stupid ... sorry, you just lost one client, ... and I guess others who go through the reviews!

Stayed a total of 8 (5+3) nights - this was my base for exploring Moldova. Located a short walk from the main railway station, many shops and restaurants, and a longer walk from the main city sights. Secluded and quiet location. Very spacious rooms. Amenities included refrigerator and electric kettle. Sufficient number of electric outlets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well lit desk areas. Bathroom with everything in working order in the first room, slow draining shower in the second room. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. As for the negatives, both rooms were on the top floor and had sloped ceilings and sky lights. Especially in the second room, the sloped ceiling came down very low especially near the table area, and I hit my head a couple of times. The sky lights make using an eye mask essential if you don't want to wake up very early. Both rooms had big metal saddles between the room and the bathroom, which can cause tripping, especially at night. Good wifi. Pleasant, helpful staff. Overall a very good value.

GGuest UserDie Lage des Hotels ist super, aber der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind sehr schlecht.
Zwei junge Frauen sitzen an der Repzeption und sind überwiegend mit ihren Handys beschäftigt. Selbst beim Check-In und Check-Out, wurde nebenbei etwas mit dem Handy gemacht. Zudem wurde während der Gespräche Blickkontakt vermieden und sitzen geblieben. Als Gast hat man sich eher als Störfaktor empfunden.
Das Führstücksbuffet war gut. Kaffee und Tee musste man sich aber an der Bar abholen. Die Bestellungen wurde mit einem gelangweilten Stöhnen bestätigt. Hier war auch wieder keine Kundenorientierung zu erkennen.
Das hausinterne Restaurant Ludo (5. Etage) kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich nach ca. 20 Minuten Wartezeit wieder gegangen bin, da kein Kellner zu meinem gut sichtbaren Tisch kam. Hierzu muss man erwähnen, dass nur ca. 5 Gäste im Restaurant waren und ca. 5 Kellner motovationslos an der Bar saßen.

GGuest UserDie Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Top Lage, und man benötigt nur wenige Minuten Fußweg bis zu den berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Chisinau. Zudem befinden sich zahlreiche Cafes & Restaurants, sowie Bäckereien und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Service: Der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen, da man die Mentalität ,,der Gast ist König'' in diesem Hotel Lebt!. Sowohl die Unterstützung beim Gepäck tragen, als auch der ausgezeichnete Service im Frühstücks Restaurant, und die Tatsache dass sämtliche Mitarbeiter der Rezeption aufstehen, sobald ein Gast die Lobby betritt, zeigt dass man hier nicht nur ,,Luxury'' auf die Fassade des Hotels geschrieben hat, sondern dass das Wohlergehen des gastes absolute Priorität hat. Die Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind im Kommunistischen Sowjetstil eingerichtet, lassen aber dennoch keine Wünsche offen. Klimaanlage sowie WIFI, Minibar & TV sind Standard in allen zimmern. Zudem verfügen die Zimmer über beheizbare Handtuchhalter und Kleiderschränke in denen eine Lampe angebracht ist, welche den Kleiderschrank beim Öffnen beleuchtet.

GGuest UserIt was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

KKuehGute Lage, direkt neben dem Cathedral Park und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch zu Fuß vom Bus zum / vom Flughafen, mit zentraler Bushaltestelle in einiger Entfernung, aber immer noch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Erstaunliche Einrichtungen und Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer. Große Auswahl an Geräten im Fitnessstudio. Die Auswahl an Frühstücksbuffet war auch großartig.
Das Personal, das mich eingecheckt hat, Daniela, verdient eine besondere Erwähnung, da sie mich wirklich sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen hat und sich die Zeit genommen hat, mir die verschiedenen Einrichtungen des Hotels zu erklären - danke Daniela!

GGuest UserSehr gutes Chișinău Hotel. Das Frühstück war einzigartig, reichhaltig und kulturell! Ich kann nicht genug darüber sagen. Das Hotel selbst ist charmant und die Zimmer sind gleich in Charme. Rein mit allen Einrichtungen. Die Lage war perfekt, wenn Sie von der Stadtzentrumsgeschäft entfernt werden wollen. Es ist direkt neben einem großen Park, der um einen See herum wunderschön für einen Abendschuh oder Jog ist. Nicholas der Rezeptor spricht gut Englisch. Fairly preis. Wenn Sie nach einem guten, nicht-corporate-Mittel-Hotel in Chișinău suchen, empfehle ich Park Lane.

После долгой дороги (около 17-и часов) нас поселили номер с детской кроватью для младенцев. После «разбирательств» и поиска виновных в неправильной регистрации, нас переселили в другой номер побольше, с диваном (который и бронировали). Но постельное белье и банный инвентарь на ребенка не выдали. Повторный спуск на рецепшин и в ответ «Весь обслуживающий персонал уже покинул отель. Пусть ребенок поспит с вами эту ночь, кровать ведь большая». Восторг от такой информации передать сложно, одни эмоции. Развернулся и ушел в номер. Спустя несколько минут постельное белье принесли. Но впечатление уже складывалось «веселое». - Во-вторых, завтраки в данном отеле просто кошмарные! Каждое утро приходилось выискивать официантов и просить их подлить воды в пустые графины, подать хлеб в пустые корзинки. Так же и с едой, подносы довольно долго стояли опустевшими. И так каждое утро. Постоянные просьбы не улучшали ситуацию. Чай предлагали наливать в кофейные чашки. И только после просьбы выдать чашки большего размера, принесли бумажные стаканы. Но в самом ресторане достаточно вкусно. Днем и вечером обслуживание персоналом прекрасное. Что происходит по утрам, это загадка. - В-третьих, карточки размагничивались дважды в день, каждый день. Утром и вечером приходилось обращаться для программирования карт. Администрация обвинила нас в том, что мы носим карточки близко к смартфонам. Но карточки постоянно лежали в паспортах. Всегда так происходило, когда карта стояла в терминале продолжительное время (пол дня). - В-четвертых, отдали вещи в прачечную и футболку, которую только купили в этот день, испортили (прожгли утюгом). - В-пятых, суицидная дверь в ванную комнату добавила эмоций. На этих дверях стоят доводчики, которые абсолютно не настроены. Закрытие двери происходит медленно, но за момент до полного закрытия, резко закрывается и если не убрать пальцы вовремя, довольно сильно ударит. Как сказал персонал данной гостиницы, довольно много постояльцев жаловались на данную проблему. Так что, мы не первые. - В-шестых, проблема с парковкой. Как сообщила администрация, у отеля нет своей собственной парковки и необходимо выискивать место себе самому. А это довольно проблематично, так как отель находится рядом с парком, куда приезжает большое количество людей. Антуража добавляет еще тот момент, что при уборке используют высоковольтные кабели, обмотанные изолентой. Ну неужели 4-х звездочный отель не может позволить себе купить новый удлинитель или заменить провод питания у пылесоса? В конечном итоге, впечатления об этом отеле сложились крайне негативные. Ввиду вышеизложенных неприятностях и неудобствах, не считаю, что данный отель соответствует заявленному статусу.

GGuest UserDas Komplex wird stark gesagt. Auf dem Weg vom Flughafen nach Kishinev ist diese Einrichtung es wert. Sauber, paphosno. In den Zimmern gute Kleidung, Kosmetik im Badezimmer. Aber: Wasser trinken sogar zum Verkauf NO!!! Der Kühlschrank ist leer. Die Duschekabine wurde gesetzt, aber es funktioniert ausgeschlossen. ONIN serviert einen jungen Mann in einer Sportkleidung, er nahm den Atemweg und das Frühstück, er respektierte! Aber er ONIN, so alles ist sehr langsam. Und der Preis der Institution ist nicht klein, genauso wie im Zentrum des Kishinev in den fünf Netzwerken
