I booked this hotel for 7 nights and while being there, my trip was shortened by 1 day. My assistant asked if we could shorten the stay with one day and if this would be charged. The hotel manager answered ”We confirm to cancel the last night and it will not cost for this change.” So, I supposed that the last night was not charged. And indeed, the hotel bill was lowered from 18.900 MDL to 16.200 MDL. However, the credit card amount, converted in Euro was equivalent to 18.900 MDL. When asking to correct this, the hotel manager stated that they do charge for the last night because it was a non-refundable rate but they did not charge anything for changing from 7 to 6 nights. (???? non-refundable OK but never experienced a hotel charging for shortening a stay, this was a nonsense argument !!!) In essence, the hotel manager just thought that we would not check what was really charged to the credit card. Hotel Manager: ... do not take people for stupid ... sorry, you just lost one client, ... and I guess others who go through the reviews!

I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and was quickly checked in by two receptionists who spoke English well. I was soon on my way to my room on the 4th floor. The room was not very large, but nevertheless adequate. Note that some rooms here are even smaller than mine. The room came with a comfortable bed with sockets by the bed, a desk and a chair as well as a safe, a 0,5 L water bottle (not replenished), a minibar and good A/C. However, there was no coffee table or armchair. Wifi was free, fast, reliable and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and ample hot water both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. Note that in addition to the usual tap, the shower has two on/off buttons controlling each shower mode. If those are both in the off position, opening the tap will result in no water coming out and then you might think there is an outage even if there is not; just press the button and water will start flowing. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, all single-use, which I much appreciate. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, as well as a dental kit etc. I found the room to fulfill four star criteria nicely. The hotel opened its doors in June 2023, so it is still brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was cleaned daily and felt fresh and clean. I very much liked the old school way of featuring the hotel name on everything from towels to dental kits to bathrobes to shoe cleaning sponges. One letdown, however, was that during my stay, it rained every day but the hotel was not at all prepared. They supposedly had umbrellas at reception, but the most I ever saw was one single umbrella, and this when the sun was shining. Great hotels provide umbrellas in rooms, good hotels hand them out at reception on request, but what kind of hotels frequently run out completely? Fortunately, during heavy rain, they were able to find me one in the back after some persistence, but acquiring more umbrellas seems like a reasonable and much needed investment in my opinion. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30. It was your usual affair and came with both hot and cold options. I especially liked the Caprese salad and fresh fruit. In addition to the usual international fare they had some local items as well. Breakfast gave you a good start of the day and was included in the room rate. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, but I did not try it out. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, next to Cathedral Park. There is a supermarket and a money exchange booth right next to the hotel. The airport trolleybus is a few minutes away on the main street Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt and will take you to the airport in 40 minutes. Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel : Kein Aufzug , keine Toiletten , keine Napkins , kein Wasser . Gute Sache neben ihm , gehen und kaufen .Alles auf der Website sagt, dass ist in den Preis enthalten , und nicht in den living.The einzige plus ist rein . In dem Schlafzimmer ist die Matrix schrecklich , alle in den Frühjahren , es ist unmöglich zu liegen . Auf der Atemnot Yulia , nicht willkommen , nicht einmal grüßen und dieses Personalmitglied ist Atemnot ? ! Es ist, als ob sie zu Hause kam. Das Aussehen ist nicht für das Hotel geeignet, nicht vorstellbar, nicht einmal ein Name-Band (und ich bin 4 Sterne für eine Minute)Es ist nicht einmal in seinem Arbeitsplatz sitzen, es ist immer nicht auf der respiratory.I möchte Aufmerksamkeit auf die Hotelverwaltung, Wer sie nehmen zu arbeiten . Und so können Sie ohne Kunden bleiben .Ich empfehle niemanden für solche Geld , bleiben in diesem Hotel .

Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt an der Ausfallstraße zum Flughafen und neben einem Einkaufszentrum liegt dieses neue Hotel. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite, die mit ihren 2 Zimmern und 2 Bädern aber eher ein vollwertige Suite ist. Die Einrichtung ist modern, das Bett sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist überall sehr freundlich. Wir nutzten den Flughafen-Shuttle und der klappte hervorragend. Ein tolles Hotel!

Stayed a total of 8 (5+3) nights - this was my base for exploring Moldova. Located a short walk from the main railway station, many shops and restaurants, and a longer walk from the main city sights. Secluded and quiet location. Very spacious rooms. Amenities included refrigerator and electric kettle. Sufficient number of electric outlets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well lit desk areas. Bathroom with everything in working order in the first room, slow draining shower in the second room. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. As for the negatives, both rooms were on the top floor and had sloped ceilings and sky lights. Especially in the second room, the sloped ceiling came down very low especially near the table area, and I hit my head a couple of times. The sky lights make using an eye mask essential if you don't want to wake up very early. Both rooms had big metal saddles between the room and the bathroom, which can cause tripping, especially at night. Good wifi. Pleasant, helpful staff. Overall a very good value.

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

Gute Punkte: Großes Zimmer (suite) A/C gut funktionieren Kettle, Tassen, Kaffeebeutel (kein Cremer) im Zimmer Personal - junge Jungs & Mädchen - polit, in der Regel Englisch sprechen, und versuchen sehr hart - aber es gibt keine Infrastruktur, die sie unterstützen Chef sehr gut - aber fehlende die notwendigen Zutaten manchmal bedeuteten Wahlen nicht verfügbar. Pool Bar gut (wenn offen) aber Lebensmittel nicht verfügbar am Pool Bad Punkte: Jacuzzi Badewanne nicht funktionieren - in jedem Zimmer. Dies war eine große Enttäuschung - ein Grund, warum dieses Hotel zu wählen. Viele Pool Fliesen gebrochen Pool Wasserfall nicht arbeiten Schall “jacuzzi” in Kinderpool nicht arbeiten - gefährliche Loch, wo Jets gebrochen oder entfernen Kein Heißröhrchen im Garten (wie von einigen Mitarbeitern behauptet) Restaurant nicht arbeiten (alles) - Ess nur in der Rezeption oder abgedeckten Bereich neben dem Straßenpool nicht verfügbar (nicht im Sommer gefüllt) “Minibar” = leerer Kühlschrank “Superfast WiFi” kaum funktioniert, schneiden alle wenigen Minuten in unserem Zimmer Fitness-Center verschlossen Innenbar Eigentlich nur der Rezeption - kein Bier oder andere Getränke (außer warme Flaschen Wein) am Abend (wenn die Poolbar geschlossen wurde).
