"Es ist gut. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber und verfügte über einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank, was super war. Das Frühstück wird von der Speisekarte bestellt und ist reichlich und bietet verschiedene Optionen. Es gibt auch einen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und einem fantastischen Pool. Man muss dafür extra bezahlen, aber es ist nicht viel und es lohnt sich, da man alles für sich allein hat, was fantastisch war. Das Viertel ist etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, aber es gibt einen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe und ein Restaurant praktisch nebenan, das sehr gut war. Das Personal war effizient."

"Meine Familie und ich hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber, das Personal war während meiner Besuch außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war bequem, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Nicht zu weit vom Stadtzentrum, sondern zugleich in einer ganzen Gegend für einen entspannten tiefen Schlaf. Ich war besonders beeindruckt von der Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details und der hervorragenden Kundenservice. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem, der einen entspannten und nützlichen Aufenthalt sucht und in Zukunft gern zurückkehren möchte."

"Das Badezimmer verströmte einen starken, unerträglichen, muffigen Geruch, der mich nach wenigen Sekunden wieder hinaustrieb. Dies ist keine Kleinigkeit, sondern ein klares Zeichen mangelnder Hygiene und unzureichender Instandhaltung. Als ich um ein anderes Zimmer bat, wurde mir dies kategorisch verweigert, ohne dass auch nur der Versuch unternommen wurde, das Problem zu lösen. Ein solches Serviceniveau ist eine Schande für jedes Hotel."

"Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Restaurants, schönen Parks und Geschäften...Richmond ist neben einem Mall und es gibt einen Mall, der sich auf eine Rundreise streckt - der Mall hat schöne Kunst, Grün und Orte, um sich in der schönen Atmosphäre zu sitzen und zu schmeißen Das Hotel ist sauber und mein Zimmer fühlt sich mit modernen Möbeln und Plush-Wäsche luxuriös. Es gibt schönen Hof mit Sofas, Tische und eine große Bar am Ende perfekt für Arbeit oder Sozialisierung - ich würde hier wieder bleiben."

"Positives- —Brand new hotel! Everything is in pristine condition. —Very central location on the Dr main boulevard in the city - most of what you want to see is within a 15 minute walking distance or less —Nice design esthetic - modern minimalist I’d say. —Great water pressure —Plentiful hot water —Friendly Front Desk staff —Being that the hotel is in the central part of city - lots of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and even a small mall across the street —Free 24/7 gourmet coffee & tea. I’m not even a coffee drinker, but used it all the time —Nice size rooms —Lots of electric plugs (non USB though) —Great WiFi —Nice breakfast buffet (website said it was 6E extra, but it was included). Full selection including eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit juice, oatmeal with fruit. I absolutely loved that they had real eggs, and not the typical stuff made with powered eggs. —Lots of pics on the walls showing old time Chișinău —Forget something? Besides there being a small mall across the street, 1-2 blocks away is the Central Market with “a thousand” booths selling virtually everything. —The Front Desk will arrange a private tour of the city (very reasonable price). Negatives- —Although located on a main street, it is slightly set back and behind a metal gate - it’s hard to find and also see it’s a hotel. —No phone in the room (such as to call the Front Desk) —No cable TV. Yes, there is a TV in the room, but it’s only preloaded with the various steaming services to load your own account. —The room has black out curtains plus a white sheer. Strangely, there was no middle part in the white sheer so you could not open the curtains to clearly see the outside (and the white sheer could not be moved aside) Summary- —There are free walking tours during the high season, and on the weekends during the low season. There’s also a city tour via a trolly (bus) operating on the weekends. —I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Das Frühstück war erstaunlich! Alles war hausgemacht, einzigartig, lecker und wir freuen uns darauf. Große Lage, nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Hilfsbereites Personal-hielt uns sogar Konverter, weil wir unsere vergessen haben. Der Heizungsstuhl war im Badezimmer, das wir nicht entdeckten, bis die 2. Nacht so waren ein wenig kalt die erste, aber insgesamt ein toller Ort zu bleiben."
