While I was expecting a basic boutique hotel for the price we paid, this place surprised us completely. Everything from the fittings and amenities in the room to the decor was top-notch. I certainly didnt expect a highly wired room with an Android TV-powered smart tv and 300 Mbps blazing internet connectivity! And the hospitality also was on par with higher-end hotels and not like a basic boutique LOCATION: Good location close to all points of interest in the city center DINE + DRINK: They have a lovely wine bar and the breakfast was worth waking up for too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 305, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Super compact Gym with an Old school free weights and an elliptical machine. Ok for diehard fitness *******, not motivating enough for the rest probably! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free super high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps!) that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages and also comes with a built-in Android TV to treat yourself to all kinds of streaming apps!

I booked this hotel for 7 nights and while being there, my trip was shortened by 1 day. My assistant asked if we could shorten the stay with one day and if this would be charged. The hotel manager answered ”We confirm to cancel the last night and it will not cost for this change.” So, I supposed that the last night was not charged. And indeed, the hotel bill was lowered from 18.900 MDL to 16.200 MDL. However, the credit card amount, converted in Euro was equivalent to 18.900 MDL. When asking to correct this, the hotel manager stated that they do charge for the last night because it was a non-refundable rate but they did not charge anything for changing from 7 to 6 nights. (???? non-refundable OK but never experienced a hotel charging for shortening a stay, this was a nonsense argument !!!) In essence, the hotel manager just thought that we would not check what was really charged to the credit card. Hotel Manager: ... do not take people for stupid ... sorry, you just lost one client, ... and I guess others who go through the reviews!

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

Meine Frau war zwischen Ende Juli und Anfang August im Hotel einsam, weil sie eine ”unvorhergesehene Haltung” aufgrund eines Verlustes zwischen zwei verschiedenen Reiseveranstaltern verzeichnete. Das Hotel verfügt über wettbewerbsfähige Preise, vor allem angesichts seiner Lage im Zentrum der Stadt, aber die Zimmer sind nicht alle gut gepflegt. Bestimmt besser die teuersten Suiten, die ich den gelegentlichen Gästen empfehle, auch durch die wässrige Bades Reiniger und mit moderner Innenausstattung und Ausstattung. Fernsehgeräte in den Zimmern funktionieren schlecht, aber wahrscheinlich nur, weil sie auf russische Sender aufgrund der Tatsache, dass sie auf den russischen Sendern gespeichert sind. Angesichts dessen funktioniert das Wi-Fi immer noch wunderbar, Und man kann leicht auf den Mangel an Fernsehdienst mit einem Schleier von Internet-Multimedia-Inhalten zu lösen. Die Fernsehsender in den Zimmern funktionieren nicht gut, aber wahrscheinlich nur, weil sie notwendigerweise an russische Fernsehstationen gefüllt sind. Dabei funktioniert das Wi-Fi noch wunderbar und Sie können das Fehlen des Fernsehens mit einem Fest mit Internet-Multimedia-Inhalt leicht beheben. Schließlich ist das Personal sehr freundlich und auf die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer aufmerksam.

Stayed a total of 8 (5+3) nights - this was my base for exploring Moldova. Located a short walk from the main railway station, many shops and restaurants, and a longer walk from the main city sights. Secluded and quiet location. Very spacious rooms. Amenities included refrigerator and electric kettle. Sufficient number of electric outlets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well lit desk areas. Bathroom with everything in working order in the first room, slow draining shower in the second room. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. As for the negatives, both rooms were on the top floor and had sloped ceilings and sky lights. Especially in the second room, the sloped ceiling came down very low especially near the table area, and I hit my head a couple of times. The sky lights make using an eye mask essential if you don't want to wake up very early. Both rooms had big metal saddles between the room and the bathroom, which can cause tripping, especially at night. Good wifi. Pleasant, helpful staff. Overall a very good value.

Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)

Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt an der Ausfallstraße zum Flughafen und neben einem Einkaufszentrum liegt dieses neue Hotel. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite, die mit ihren 2 Zimmern und 2 Bädern aber eher ein vollwertige Suite ist. Die Einrichtung ist modern, das Bett sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist überall sehr freundlich. Wir nutzten den Flughafen-Shuttle und der klappte hervorragend. Ein tolles Hotel!

Komfortable, kleines Hotel mit einer Heimatumgebung. Willkommen, kommunizierendes Personal. Alles ist hervorragend. Zum Stadtzentrum 20 Minuten Fahrt. Es gibt einen Halt in der Nähe. Geschäfte sind nicht weit entfernt. Zum Flughafen weniger als 29 km.
