I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and was quickly checked in by two receptionists who spoke English well. I was soon on my way to my room on the 4th floor. The room was not very large, but nevertheless adequate. Note that some rooms here are even smaller than mine. The room came with a comfortable bed with sockets by the bed, a desk and a chair as well as a safe, a 0,5 L water bottle (not replenished), a minibar and good A/C. However, there was no coffee table or armchair. Wifi was free, fast, reliable and unlimited. The bathroom was of average size and came with a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure and ample hot water both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. Note that in addition to the usual tap, the shower has two on/off buttons controlling each shower mode. If those are both in the off position, opening the tap will result in no water coming out and then you might think there is an outage even if there is not; just press the button and water will start flowing. Amenities included hand soap, shampoo and shower gel, all single-use, which I much appreciate. A bathrobe and slippers were provided, as well as a dental kit etc. I found the room to fulfill four star criteria nicely. The hotel opened its doors in June 2023, so it is still brand new and everything was in excellent condition. The room was cleaned daily and felt fresh and clean. I very much liked the old school way of featuring the hotel name on everything from towels to dental kits to bathrobes to shoe cleaning sponges. One letdown, however, was that during my stay, it rained every day but the hotel was not at all prepared. They supposedly had umbrellas at reception, but the most I ever saw was one single umbrella, and this when the sun was shining. Great hotels provide umbrellas in rooms, good hotels hand them out at reception on request, but what kind of hotels frequently run out completely? Fortunately, during heavy rain, they were able to find me one in the back after some persistence, but acquiring more umbrellas seems like a reasonable and much needed investment in my opinion. Breakfast was served in the restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30. It was your usual affair and came with both hot and cold options. I especially liked the Caprese salad and fresh fruit. In addition to the usual international fare they had some local items as well. Breakfast gave you a good start of the day and was included in the room rate. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner at reasonable prices, but I did not try it out. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, next to Cathedral Park. There is a supermarket and a money exchange booth right next to the hotel. The airport trolleybus is a few minutes away on the main street Bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt and will take you to the airport in 40 minutes. Gute Lage, direkt neben dem Cathedral Park und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch zu Fuß vom Bus zum / vom Flughafen, mit zentraler Bushaltestelle in einiger Entfernung, aber immer noch zu Fuß erreichbar. Erstaunliche Einrichtungen und Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer. Große Auswahl an Geräten im Fitnessstudio. Die Auswahl an Frühstücksbuffet war auch großartig. Das Personal, das mich eingecheckt hat, Daniela, verdient eine besondere Erwähnung, da sie mich wirklich sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen hat und sich die Zeit genommen hat, mir die verschiedenen Einrichtungen des Hotels zu erklären - danke Daniela!

Die Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Top Lage, und man benötigt nur wenige Minuten Fußweg bis zu den berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Chisinau. Zudem befinden sich zahlreiche Cafes & Restaurants, sowie Bäckereien und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Service: Der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen, da man die Mentalität ,,der Gast ist König'' in diesem Hotel Lebt!. Sowohl die Unterstützung beim Gepäck tragen, als auch der ausgezeichnete Service im Frühstücks Restaurant, und die Tatsache dass sämtliche Mitarbeiter der Rezeption aufstehen, sobald ein Gast die Lobby betritt, zeigt dass man hier nicht nur ,,Luxury'' auf die Fassade des Hotels geschrieben hat, sondern dass das Wohlergehen des gastes absolute Priorität hat. Die Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind im Kommunistischen Sowjetstil eingerichtet, lassen aber dennoch keine Wünsche offen. Klimaanlage sowie WIFI, Minibar & TV sind Standard in allen zimmern. Zudem verfügen die Zimmer über beheizbare Handtuchhalter und Kleiderschränke in denen eine Lampe angebracht ist, welche den Kleiderschrank beim Öffnen beleuchtet.

Thomas Albert is phenomenal; very well one of the best hotels I've stayed in during my European (Western and Eastern) and Balkan solo tour! The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town. You can walk to the main plaza where all of then sightseeing in a matter of 10 minutes. There are many restaurants, cafes, wine bars, currency exchange booths and shops around the hotel, as well as a medium sized supermarket called Linella about 400 metres from the hotel. Rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. I simply loved the clean decor and lighting in the room. The bed was large and luxurious and I had my best sleeps in months! The duvet and pillows were the exact desired firmness and the mattress was also the perfect firmness! The bedding felt clean, crisp and brand new! The bathroom was very spacious and functional. I was positively amazed at all of the extra toiletries provided including large dispensers of hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body gel all of excellent quality! The toilet was very modern, and the shower was a large walk-in shower equipped with your choice of adjustable shower head or overhead rain shower. The water temperature and pressure were consistent and just right! The towels were fluffy and the brightest white you could imagine! The hotel will offer free toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush on request, which I also thought was very throughout. There was a small vanity kit, vanity mirror and a shower cap also in the shower. The room was tastefully decorated with black and white photos, and was furnished with a large desk, a folding luggage storage rack, two bed side tables with soft above bed lighting, a large two door luggage storage cabinet with shelving, hangers, an electronic safe, an ironing table, shoe shown/polish, and slippers to wear in the room. There was also a large flatscreen tv in the room with plenty of international (English) channels to choose from, including CNN, National Geographic, BBC News, movie and entertainment channels. Wifi was secure/password-protected and very strong in the room and throughout the 3 story boutique hotel! Air conditioning was exceptional, and kept the room at the desired temperature with excellent air flow. The room also came with a mini fridge well stocked with mini bar items, complimentary water replenished daily, a little bedside chocolate on check-in, two elegant wine glasses with bottled local wine for purchase (100 Moldovan lei), a wine opener, an electric kettle, two espresso cups with saucers, two large coffee mugs, a nespresso style automatic coffee machine with two coffee capsules and a mixture of sugar, sweeteners and creamers. It was the little touches like above that brightened my day and made my stay the most comfortable it could be! The hotel also offers a self-use laundry service which I thought was genius. They even provide Euro coins for you to kick-start the machine and attentive staff monitor the laundry cycle. A 90 minute cycle costs 2

I booked this hotel for 7 nights and while being there, my trip was shortened by 1 day. My assistant asked if we could shorten the stay with one day and if this would be charged. The hotel manager answered ”We confirm to cancel the last night and it will not cost for this change.” So, I supposed that the last night was not charged. And indeed, the hotel bill was lowered from 18.900 MDL to 16.200 MDL. However, the credit card amount, converted in Euro was equivalent to 18.900 MDL. When asking to correct this, the hotel manager stated that they do charge for the last night because it was a non-refundable rate but they did not charge anything for changing from 7 to 6 nights. (???? non-refundable OK but never experienced a hotel charging for shortening a stay, this was a nonsense argument !!!) In essence, the hotel manager just thought that we would not check what was really charged to the credit card. Hotel Manager: ... do not take people for stupid ... sorry, you just lost one client, ... and I guess others who go through the reviews!

Gute Punkte: Großes Zimmer (suite) A/C gut funktionieren Kettle, Tassen, Kaffeebeutel (kein Cremer) im Zimmer Personal - junge Jungs & Mädchen - polit, in der Regel Englisch sprechen, und versuchen sehr hart - aber es gibt keine Infrastruktur, die sie unterstützen Chef sehr gut - aber fehlende die notwendigen Zutaten manchmal bedeuteten Wahlen nicht verfügbar. Pool Bar gut (wenn offen) aber Lebensmittel nicht verfügbar am Pool Bad Punkte: Jacuzzi Badewanne nicht funktionieren - in jedem Zimmer. Dies war eine große Enttäuschung - ein Grund, warum dieses Hotel zu wählen. Viele Pool Fliesen gebrochen Pool Wasserfall nicht arbeiten Schall “jacuzzi” in Kinderpool nicht arbeiten - gefährliche Loch, wo Jets gebrochen oder entfernen Kein Heißröhrchen im Garten (wie von einigen Mitarbeitern behauptet) Restaurant nicht arbeiten (alles) - Ess nur in der Rezeption oder abgedeckten Bereich neben dem Straßenpool nicht verfügbar (nicht im Sommer gefüllt) “Minibar” = leerer Kühlschrank “Superfast WiFi” kaum funktioniert, schneiden alle wenigen Minuten in unserem Zimmer Fitness-Center verschlossen Innenbar Eigentlich nur der Rezeption - kein Bier oder andere Getränke (außer warme Flaschen Wein) am Abend (wenn die Poolbar geschlossen wurde). Kein englischsprachiger Kanal auf Satellitenfernsehen 2 Safe im Zimmer - sowohl nicht arbeiten Zimmer und Bad-Telefone nicht arbeiten

Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum entfernt an der Ausfallstraße zum Flughafen und neben einem Einkaufszentrum liegt dieses neue Hotel. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite, die mit ihren 2 Zimmern und 2 Bädern aber eher ein vollwertige Suite ist. Die Einrichtung ist modern, das Bett sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist überall sehr freundlich. Wir nutzten den Flughafen-Shuttle und der klappte hervorragend. Ein tolles Hotel!

Sehr gute Aufenthaltserfahrung, die Zimmer sind sehr groß und komfortabel!
