The staff, accommodations, breakfast options, pool, location and cleanliness made this the perfect choice for our visit to Chincoteague.

On the whole this was a good stay and I would definitely come again. Staff were attentive and pleasant. There were a few warts, some of the furnishings are showing age, given this trip was after the busy season my guess is much of that will be addressed during the winter. We did have problems with the HVAC in the room, the thermostat was badly out of calibration. Purely by chance I had a thermometer in the car and despite the system being set to 69, the same temperature we keep our home and reading the room was 72, it was actually 64. We called but they had no one to address it as it was late on a Friday night. I found by cranking it up to 78 we did get the room to a comfortable temp we were offered another room but didn't really want to move at that point. we also had a problem with the tub, the diverter for the shower was stuck. My wife struggled and I was able to pull it up but it then stuck in the other position. We did mention this to them. Beyond these minor issues both of which did not impact our stay we enjoyed our time there and would go back, but can't give it a top rating.

Check in was easy and quick. Staff was diligent and friendly. Room was clean and large. Location was perfect.

Very disastfied , i paid premium for a front bay view and got a left over room. They said bc I booked thru *******. Terrible experience

A nice hotel. Unfortunately my room was next to an ongoing construction project and it was quite noisy from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

We returned to Fairfield at Chincoteague after staying there in 2022 because we thought it was so nice. We were not disappointed. The room was excellent - spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view over the bay. We sat on the balcony and watched the sun set. The hotel is well located with good parking. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the buffet breakfast was good. Pity we only had time for one night.

Excellent choice for families. New facility in a very convenient location. Walking distance to the downtown, next door to a great restaurant, and pool and playground on site. Amazing views if Bayside. Ample free breakfast and parking. Overall great stay with no concerns.

Great place to stay on Chincoteague! I stay here every time I come to the Island or for a Launch at Wallops Island. The Launch Team stays here too! So if you are coming for a launch, book ahead!
