This is a large older motel that has been upgraded. We found the room clean and comfortable. No fee for one dog if under 80 pounds. Good shower and mattress. Price very reasonable. Park right in front of your unit. There is a busy road in front of this and all other Childress hotels. Did not bother me at all but did bother my wife. We ran bath fan all night to mitigate noise. I would stay there again

We stayed at this hotel 7 years ago and I gave it 3 stars. We were at this same hotel Aug 10, 2024 and if I could give it less than 1 star, I would. It's hard to believe that Hilton would have this type of hotel in their portfolio. I have contacted their corporate office as well as my sister. We both reserved and paid for the rooms though the HH app. I also checked in though the app. My daughter was in room 324, side by side of our room 322. We arrived around 7 pm. Checked in at the front desk, we were given our rooms keys. A lady from the front desk attempted to enter my daughters room stating that it was unoccupied!!! Thankfully, my husband was just coming out of our room to witness this event. The room was dirty, lack of training for the staff at the front desk, the breakfast was lacking fresh food, and to top it off, we didn't want to eat by the look of the food and old fruit. My husband grabbed a cup of coffee and it was luke warm. It was probably left over from the day before. The floors were sticky around the trash cans and in the ice machine area on the third floor. I don't know about the other floors. The sheets were too small for the bed. Both corners pulled up during the night along with the mattress pad. The comforter is heavy with no duvet on it. So, you know it hasn't been washed by the look of the edges up at the pillows. I asked my sister and her friends that stayed across the hall in room 323 and 325. They had the same issues in their shower and sheets did the same on their beds. My daughter had toothpaste from the previous guest still in the sink and it was dried. Every area of the this hotels needs to be reviewed and retrained. I wished I would have looked at Google and Yelp reviews before spending my hard earned money here. I took these photos with my phone camera. I did not enhance them in any way. What you see is what I saw in the bathroom. Thank goodness there was a Starbucks a couple of blocks to the east. We stopped there to eat, grab coffee and hot tea.

Das Hotel hat den besten Preis in der Stadt, es scheint und die Eincheckung war einfach genug. Das Zimmer selbst ist ziemlich alt und nicht in der größten Form. Es gibt eine Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle und jemand hatte etwas Eis im Gefrierschrank verlassen, denn er weiß, wie lange und wurde nie durch Hausaufbewahrung ausgeräumt. Das Badezimmer hatte einen Tub und Dusche und kam mit Shampoo, aber bemerkte Brandmarken auf dem Tub. Es könnte sein, dass das Zimmer ein Rauchraum ist, obwohl ich dachte, sie alle nicht rauchen. Vielleicht warum meine Freunde Zimmer und meine hatten die Rauchdetektoren auf der Wand entfernt und in den Kleidern mit den Batterien abgesagt, die Hausaufgaben wieder zurück hätten ersetzt werden sollen, wie ich annehmen, es ist illegal, keinen funktionierenden Rauchdetektor zu haben in den Zimmern. Das Bett zumindest schien sauber für die Blätter, die Matrix-Blätter aber war ziemlich schlecht gefärbt, aber das war nicht ein Teil, man schläft auf jeden Fall. Wenn Sie einen guten Preis wollen, es ist jedoch für eine Nacht zulässig ...

Very nice, comfortable and super clean. And Pet Friendly. Definitely the place to stay! Best motel & Best Western at which I’ve stayed at this price and grade. Recently renovated with simulated wood floors and ceramic tile bathroom & sink area, no carpet thank you. My new shower stall was cool & unusual - easy step in/flush with floor - with a fixed non-slid glass enclosing the large overhead shower fixture that was a real cascade of water! The handles were located on the opposite side where you step in, so that’s nice too. Nice Continental Breakfast and friendly staff.

They have recently refurbished this place, and customer comfort was at the top of the list. 1. Had magnet on doorstop/entrance so you didn’t have to fight with the door while you were unloading your luggage-why don’t ALL hotels have this? 2. Removed carpet/replaced w/ tile-don’t have to worry about all the germs in the carpet. 3. Window shade had a beautiful scene on it, so you weren’t just looking at a blank space 4. Had breakfast on a Sunday morning-evidently their quietest day, and they had a wide array of food, including bacon and sausage and English muffins that were ready to be split w/ a fork. Wonderful. This is the Best Western across from McDonalds and I highly recommend it.

Very good stay, was here visiting family, had no issues at the property, will stay at this property any time, the breakfast was good and offered a variety of different items to choose from, also pool and hot tub was wonderful

Wir blieben auf unseren Urlaub an 3 verschiedenen Orten, wenn wir nach, an unserem Ziel, und nach Hause reisen. Dieses war das beste Hotel, das wir geblieben haben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Bett war so komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück war sehr gut. Eine Niederlage war wie hart und laut die Tür geschlossen. Wir kamen spät in die Nacht und waren Angst, wir wachen Leute auf.

Nichts zu beschweren. Auch nichts zu wüten. Es war ein sauberes Zimmer in einem Ort, wo ich für Geschäftstätigkeit aufhören musste
