Die Einrichtungen waren gut. Die Personalcheckung war ausgezeichnet und sehr gut zu bedienen. Nach meiner Rückkehr entdeckte ich eine Gebühr 40.00 auf meiner Karte. Als ich gerufen habe, eine Erklärung zu erhalten, wurde ich auf einer langen Haltestelle gestellt, dann gefragt, meine Bestätigungsnummer, die ich aufzuzeigen musste, da es nicht leicht verfügbar war. Als ich an den Anruf zurückkam, war es abgekoppelt. Muss wieder zurückrufen Haltestand dann gefragt, um den letzten Namen nicht bestätigt Nummer. So ein wenig verwirrt darüber. Dann sagte, dass die Gebühr 40.00 für Parkplatz, Überraschung Überraschung. Ich gebe mir nichts an die Gebühr, die Überraschung, die ich auch gebe, die schmerzhafte Einstellung von der Person, mit der ich gesprochen habe. Denke, ich werde einige andere wählen auf meiner nächsten Reise nach Chicago.

Die kleinen Schönheiten auf der Rezeption sind sehr warm und gut, das Zimmer ist sauber und breit und hell, die Bettwäsche ist weich und hart, schlafen sehr gut! Das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut, die tägliche Suppe, Hash, Omelette ist besonders groß!

Nice room which was cleaned. Very quiet and comfortable.  Overall, I would book again.

Die Buchungsschnittstelle zeigt den Laden zu zahlen 61.29 Messer, tatsächliche Kreditkartenrechnung 142.16 Messer! Ich weiß nicht, was für eine Kosten ist, die Fremdsprache ist schlecht und ich verstehe nicht! Aber im Allgemeinen fühlt es sich gut an! Die Entfernung von Weftec-Sitzplatz kann als Null-Abstand betrachtet werden, der erste Stock kann kommunizieren, der erste Stock hat eine Sofapause! Es gibt einen kostenpflichtigen Frühstück im ersten Stock, es gibt einen chinesischen Kellner!

Sie waren sehr hilfreich, wenn Sie den Desk oder sogar persönlich am Desk. Valet Parkplatz war super schnell. Das Personal war so nett und Frühstücksbuffet  war erstaunlich und dauerte bis 10:30am für die späten Schlafspenden

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.
