Hotel Shuranza Makuhari Bay Bewertungen

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the airport bus and close to Makuhari Messe Hall. There are lots of shopping next to the hotel. The Lawson that’s connected to the hotel is very convenient. Staffs were friendly. Check in was easy, it was done using a screen/kiosk attached to the front desk. The cleanliness in terms of the blankets, pillows and towels are a bit worrisome — almost felt like they weren’t thoroughly washed with enough detergent. There were a few stains on the blanket and since I only stayed a few nights I didn’t bother to get housekeeping to come change it since the room has very little space to move around — I just turned the blanket around to the bottom.

It was so close to the Kaihin Makuhari station, located just behind the outlet mall. The bed was so comfy and large! Overall, this hotel was the best one during our Tokyo trip!

Lawson at 1st floor. Near metro, starbucks, mitsui outlet and Makuhari messe. Suitable price.

It is close to station,the Lawson was very conveniently attached to the hotel with its own entrance. The staffs was helpful and friendly. The Premium Outlet just in front of the hotel and also few mins walk to the station and exhibition hall.

Although the room was a bit small, it's clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The public bath facilities were good.

Conveniently located just 2 mins walk from Kaihimmakuhari Station with easy access to nearby AEON shopping malls and various food outlets. Also ideally within minutes walking distance from Makuhari Messe Convention and Exhibition halls, makes Shuranza a recommended choice. As a plus, the in-house onsen is a welcome respite after a long day roaming around convention venues. Will definetly return for future visits.

Hotel is really close to JR station, close to shopping mall, Makuhari messe, parks, many places. The room is bigger than usual japanese hotel rooms, toilet is separated from the shower. Onsen is nice, and after there's free ice cream. Really happy with my booking

Location is good very close to Airport bus station. And I went for FNC Band Kingdom concert so the hotel is also close to Makuhati Messe. Also close to the train station , shopping mall, and restaurant. It's so convenient.

Convenient place with excellent service and amenities. Always My first choice in makuhari!

Excellent hotel, comfortable, modern and clean room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great amenities with a public bath.

After parking in hotel, have to call staff come out to open the door, staff is not helpful, we carry many luggage , he even not help for holding the door, didn’t say carrying luggage  Public bath no towel but did not notice customer in advance  Location is good

Is really good hotel, is located at Makuhari Mall. So near from train and bus station. The staff really helpfull and friendly. Hotel clean and so comfortable. Beside hotel have a Lawson so can have a late snack..
