In mehr als 400 Hotels muss man sogar eine Flasche Mineralwasser auf eigene Kosten kaufen. Das Hotel zieht wahllos Geld durch Anzahlungen ein und ich hoffe, dass die Chinesen nicht in ein solches Hotel gehen.

Das Badezimmer (Toilette) war nicht gereinigt, also bat ich um einen Zimmerwechsel, aber man sagte, dass es schwierig sein würde, weil das Zimmer voll sei, also bat ich darum, zumindest das Badezimmer zu reinigen. Aber das Personal kam und wischte den Fleck einfach mit einem Taschentuch ab und das war’s. Es war etwas unangenehm.

Friendly staff, cozy room, and comfortable bedding with decent amenities. The breakfast was yummy, too.

Mostly staffs are nice but one of them too bad and carelessly, after made a complain the manager took a good action so I might revisit again but hopefully for better services.

No telephone in the room then you have to contact the receptionist via your cellphone, swimming pool is cool.. but good location anyway.

The room is so spacious and clean. The TV is smart TV that we can connect to Netflix with our own account. Breakfast selectionis also good and delicious. I really enjoy my stay and overall is really worth the price.

It’s a good choice for those who are planning to go to the airport the next day. The hotel is pretty good. However, it’s far from the city centre and main attractions. Tb breakfast is pretty ok.

Kokotel Chiang Rai offers a cozy, modern, clean, well-equipped rooms and friendly staff. The location is conveniently close to the airport. Breakfast option was simple but sufficient. Appreciated the extra drinking water available.
