Alles war gut, aber nicht immer im perfekten Zustand. Türen der Duschen klemmen oder Bad Tür nicht richtig eingestellt. Service war gut, alle Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Außer Cocktails nach 21 Uhr nicht möglich, das fand ich nicht gut. Zimmer mit Zugang zum Pool war eine feine Sache. Der Pool sollte aber beheizt werden. Dafür war aber der Whirepool heiß. Außergewöhnlicher Service, den ich in diesen Jahren in Thailand erlebt habe. Sie tun immer mehr als Sie erwarten, damit Sie den Aufenthalt genießen. Sie sind so aufrichtig, dienen Ihnen mit Herz. Alle Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und achten auf Ihre Bedürfnisse und Wünsche. Ich erinnere mich, dass es einen Stab namens „Boot“ gab. Er war so hilfsbereit und proaktiv, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie den Aufenthalt bei ihnen lieben. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist einfach sprachlos. Ich kann Ruhe und Frieden spüren. Zimmer mit Zugang zum Pool ist eine wunderbare Option. Frühstücksqualität ist gut! Nur der Fitnessraum ist etwas zu klein. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht in der Altstadt, aber bequem genug, um mit Grab in die Altstadt und zum Flughafen zu gelangen. Es war mein erstes Mal in Chiang Mai. Es ist so ein Segen, in einem so einladenden Hotel übernachtet zu haben. Wiederkommen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Only downside was the location, it was near the back side of Anusarn Market around a 5 mins walk away. However at night that street is a bit quiet and dark so a little unsettling.

It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel, will recommend to everyone. The reception and security staff are so friendly, amazing and professional; the security level is definitely worth the price. Indoors and outdoors are as clean as you could expect and even the breakfast is wonderful. Design of the hotel in general and the room are awesome!

Perfect staycation with family! Service was amazing. There was also a shuttle to the night market (at least on Sunday night/one way) at 5 pm. The swimming pool is wonderful and clean as well! Water in the Jacuzzi was warm too. Breakfast was only ok..like average. One complain was only the noise. If your room is a nearby the pool, you will be able to hear ppl talking from the pool area. Overall, it was a nice experience and still recommending you to stay here!

Not deserve the price. Very normal hotel facilities, service, food. The staff always come into our room without notice and tell rules without explanation.
