War ok, bisschen fehlt das Flair und die Community. Es war dennoch sehr sauber!

Ein sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Hostel mit großer Küche zur Selbstverpflegung.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hostel, sehr modern und sauber. Mitarbeiter wurden nicht wirklich angetroffen, da self check in und self check out.

Das Personal war nett und sehr nett. Es ist eine neue Einrichtung, daher hat es eine schöne Atmosphäre, aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die Dusche nicht gut gereinigt wurde.

We arrived late at night but check in was simple. Decent location with a short walk to the China town area of Auckland with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Rooms were clean, quiet and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again and happily go to any other lylo locations too! Staff were all friendly and helpful as well!

Very busy and vibrant hostel with a bar attached. The bed was comfy but the room was lacking furniture - there was a chair but no proper table. Shared washrooms were well kept by everyone. A little distance from the main shopping area but near to sky tower (where you can get a chartered bus from the airport). Don't bother to do pre check-in online - they asked for a card for deposit / incidentals, and the card got charged for the rooms even though I have paid trip.com. Although the staff was prompt to do refunds, but lost like $20 on unnecessary fx rates and credit card fees. You will need to give your details onsite anyways, so save the time on something else. It would be better if the staff were more welcoming, but I guess it is tough with so many guests to handle every minute.

Super clean modern hostel, lots of social events on and a big kitchen. Pods were really comfy and bathroom was always clean with lots of showers and loos.

Really great hostel. Social vibe and social spaces but also quiet in the rooms so can relax in peace. Pods are great but very warm and stuffy. No air to room as no windows/ventilation.

The place is perfect solo travelers. They have a big kitchen and nice location.

I used this hotel again. Because i really love this hotel. So comfortable even it is share room. I recommend you to bring bath towel and shampoo and body soap. Everything is so clean. The location is so close to the tower.

Very clean, good check-in system, modern hostel with lockers, barber, bar, and other amenities. Very good location.

I tried to call hostel repeatedly in two days prior with no response. When I arrived for check in, myself and another guest were ignored by the staff.

All good except the room got very cold in the morning not sure the air conditioner is on or no heater provided, overall is a pleasant experience, very clean and staff is aware that we come in the wee hours around 5am and he standby for us🥹 thank you

Great hostel, felt like a hotel room with the social areas of a hostel. Very clean and modern.
