A Guesthouse more than a proper hotel. No real front desk service. Very quiet and good location in downtown Chiangmai. Good for a short stay !

The location is perfect. There is a good washing-machine which you can use for free. Good shower, but there is no door in the bathroom/toilet only a curtain (which did affect your privacy and the airco blows in the shower). Staff is friendly. We hung the please clean the room sign on our door, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned.

Stayed for 7 nights. Initially was kind of disappointed looking at the exterior especially there wasn't any elevator. There after stayed a few days found out it was quite central to many attractions and within walking distance. Lint ( not sure if I spelt correctly) was very gentle and soft spoken. Approachable too. It's a cosy motel I would say. My husband disbursement mind staying for longer period. It seems we are asked to cook our own food. Nice food across the river. Aroy dee was very affordable and delicious. Staffs are very friendly too.

It was simply an amazing stay. Value for money, breakfast was great. Would highly recommend the place.

Nice guesthouse with great location, friendly staff, huge common space. Rooms are rather old, but have good mattress.

Great room for value, really close to phae gate, temples, restaurants, book shops etc. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, great location as it is a walk away from Tha Phae Gate and various other tourist attractions. Quiet ambience and great experience. Will recommend to all travellers to Chiangmai.

Great stay here in Chiang Mai! The hotel is a short walk from the old city center, with a 711 and loads of restaurants nearby. The people working here are very friendly, helping us book a night tuktuk tour of CM as well as a day trip/car to Chiang Rai. Room was basic but decent and clean. Only thing I'd like to see improve would be better hot water, but overall, great stay!

Smart little location. Hard to find but would be good for a night stay. Clean, no amenities but very unique.

客觀評價一下 優點：地理位置好 離塔佩門很近 周圍吃飯購物都算方便 算是市中心 同胞開的 溝通無障礙 也很友好 缺點：廁所沒有門 衹有鏈子有點尷尬，最重要是淋浴的水壓特別小，洗的很不爽，剛好又很重視這個，所以沒有全部滿意 總得來説還是不錯的，希望越來越好。 周圍有一家炒菜飯館還可以，那個門口果汁，有腰果雞丁那家，個人認為相對來説物美價廉，推薦大家。

感謝讓我們提早入住，地點不錯，房間打掃也乾凈，還有可愛的狗狗，早上有咖咖，香蕉，餅乾，廁所門感覺不是很牢靠，建議圍修一下會更好

非常乾淨，服務人員也很友好 剛入住時屋裡光線暗 以為床品沒換，讓2個小姑娘給我重新換一下，小姑娘二話沒説，給換了，晚上的會中文小哥也很好，周邊很多吃飯的地方。非常方便。提個小小建議，打掃衞生時把床下也清掃一下，床下有些灰塵。那樣就更加完美了。入住人員都很安靜，保持着一份美好。

房間超級無敵小，沒有電視，有個小冰箱，東西都還齊全的，衞生間提供沐浴露跟洗頭膏，很小不咋好用，建議自己帶。房間隔音還可以，住起來性價比不錯的，床很舒服。 酒店樓下有免費咖啡跟餅乾可以吃，院子裏有小孩玩具，鞦韆啥的還挺好的，講求性價比可以來住，感覺是青旅單間
