Center of town. Easy access. Staff very courteous. Rooms and service excellent.

Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer. Auf Anfrage bekommt man sofort zusätzliche Badetücher an der Rezeption. Parking sowie Continental Breakfast (kalte Speisen) für 1 Person inbegriffen. Fitnessstudio geräumt und sauber. Kabelzug am Turm sehr schwerfällig, keine Hanteln :-((( .

The property is a little run down. The ac units in the rooms were not working but were eventually fixed about 2 hours later. Bathrooms are small and tight. The upside is that the staff was friendly and polite.

Adequate hotel. Breakfast was mediocre. There was no hot water in my shower. Shuttle to the airport was late. Did not acknowledge VIP.

Management is VERY POOR. We are regular Guests and they could have helped us but used poor excuses / lies to not assist. We do know better. They should not lie, they should just say we do not care and will not help.

I stay there and they charge me for a breakfast I can’t believe it coz I’m a guess .. also they do not provide new shower towel when they clean my room and they don’t have towels to clean your hands. Honestly, I don’t like it.

The 1st room we were given had a high smell of mold and the bed had lots of hair on it. We complained and was given another room. This one was clean; however the sheets and towels are no longer white and needs to be thrown out. The towels had huge brown stains on them. The deck around the pool also needs some repairs.

The room was supposed to come with amenities such as a functioning television and a refridgerator. These items were non existient. The bed was small and the shower did not work properly.

Very lovely hotel and rooms with very comfortable bed. Very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay again. Noreen Kaleden BC, Canada

Good stay. Sofa set needs to be fixed, not usable. But this stay was better.

They speak English really well. Their staff can answer all questions well and even informed us about the free breakfast. I didn't like that the Wi-Fi single at times was not strong enough for streaming.

Terrific staff! As stated prior, upon check in my room didn’t have a great view, and the service agent was prompt to provide me with another! The roof top pool was amazing and beautifully clean! And the shower in the room, sooo blissful with great pressure and hot water-something to not be taken for granted when traveling Mexico! The buffet breakfast was nothing less than delicious and on point! I was thoroughly impressed with this property and it made my stay in Chetumal worth it!
