Staff were a laugh, not quite as funny as me. Made me a poached with a bit of persuasion. About it to eat it now, looks sound though. Butter was abit cold and ruined me mates toast, which we later found out was mine, Few minor hiccups, but I’d defo come back… tell all ya mates to get down here. Went to catch up with friends at lunchtime. It was busy, but I got served easily by wendy, who recommended the £5 deal for the New Yorker. Great Bargain definitely will be going again and will recommend it to friends and family may be in Friday for the bogof burger deal

Booked a room here just for a night as it was our anniversary so we had plans to eat in Chester . Can’t say about the food as we didn’t eat in there not even breakfast , For the price of the room it was ok for 1 night stay , our room was small room 3 , bed comfy but didn’t sleep much because of noise from room above until 3am , walls must be very thin coz could hear a man coughing through the night in next room , The way in after hours was through the back of pub through an emergency door , so as people were coming in the door was banging shut , The overall accomadation side of things looks like it needs some money spent on it , walls in corridor plaster chipped off as if they have had damp coming through the walls , would I stay again no , but anyone wanting a cheap night stay it would be ok , maybe on the higher floor , the rooms might be bigger & better ,
