this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

**Review of Park Inn Hotel** I recently stayed at the Park Inn Hotel and found it to have a lot of positives. The location is excellent, conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. The amenities are great too – the rooms are well-furnished, the fitness center is well-equipped, and the breakfast spread is delicious. However, there were a couple of issues. The toilet in my room had a persistent unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved as I could hear noises from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Despite these drawbacks, Park Inn Hotel offers good value for its location and amenities. If they address the toilet odor and soundproofing issues, it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Very comfy. Friendly & efficient check-in and check-out staff. Stayed here to attend a 500+ pax event. Hall is big and comfortable with toilets close by. Event food is acceptable.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is affordable and the room is large and comfy. Beddings are very soft and nice. The hotel is also connected to the largest shopping mall in KL. Hence, you will be spoilt for choices - restaurants, cafes, supermarket, cinema, entertainment, shopping, etc. Highly recommended for families.

My stay was super pleasant and my niece really enjoys the pool! Mind you, the pool shared with the shaftbury residence and they are salt water pool! The pool is very big, make sure to bring your swimsuit, you will not regret it! However there were no shoes in the room, we opened all the drawers but found none. Probably had to ask from the reception but it's okay, nothing much on that as their floor is not tiles nor hard hardwood floower. The services of their staff, like always from Accor group, top notch. There are different lift from parking lot (we park at B1) to the other floor, their staff even help pointing us to the right direction. Make sure to bring your TnG with you so you can validate it for free parking. I booked via Trip so it comes with breakfast, but boy they didn't disappoint. The breakfast buffet, like my previous stay in another Mercure hotel, SUPERB! Kudos to the chef/baker who served and made the croissant sandwich from table to table, love their croissant and fillings! Kudos to the chef who prepared my scramble the way I requested. And also to that delicious nasi lemak. Plus, that surprising ice cream for breakfast which of course, the most enjoyable one for my niece. Just that we went for breakfast quite late around 9am so the refill is a bit slow on some food but we still manage to taste almost all of them (except for the noodle station). and the restaurant used for breakfast buffet is so big that you can sit far from other guests.

Wundervolles Hotel, hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer, sämtliches Zubehör inklusive, Fön, Bügeleisen, das einzige, was fehlte, war ein Rasierer. Zu meinem Geburtstag wurde ein Geschenk vorbereitet. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück ist großartig, die Auswahl ist groß, es gibt einen Swimmingpool vor Ort. Die Schalldämmung ist sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sauber, mit gut gepflegten Zimmern und gemeinsamen Bereichen. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und willkommen, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen. Ihr warmer und aufmerksamer Service bringt einen persönlichen Kontakt zu den allgemeinen Erfahrungen, wodurch der Aufenthalt sowohl komfortable als auch angenehm ist.

Sie schrieben hier, dass Check-in um 14:00 Uhr sei. Ich kam um 13:45 Uhr an und sie baten mich zu warten, da das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei. Ich warte geduldig bis 15:00 Uhr. Ich fragte, ob ich eine Stunde später auschecken könne, da das Zimmer eine Stunde später fertig sei, aber zu meiner Überraschung sagten sie, Check-in sei um 15:00 Uhr. DAS HABEN SIE MIR VORHER ÜBERHAUPT NICHTS GESAGT. Mir gefällt auch nicht, wie diese eine Frau an der Rezeption mich behandelt, da ich weder schreie noch sauer bin, obwohl sie meine Zeit verschwendet haben. Und zu meiner Überraschung wollen sie (wieder), dass ich um 11:00 Uhr auschecke. Ist das nachvollziehbar, wie können Sie von mir verlangen, spät einzuchecken, aber früh auszuchecken? Sagen Sie mir wenigstens Bescheid, wenn ich ankomme. Sie lassen mich über eine Stunde damit verschwenden, auf das Zimmer zu warten. Außerdem ist das Badezimmer nicht wirklich sauber, als ich das erste Mal hineinkam, war der Boden klebrig.
