room are of big sizes and they are very comfortable with balcony also and swimming pool breakfast was included which was good

Maroma suites is excellent amenities and excellent space and beautiful location near beach and for waking we enjoyed long walk finally i decide to not to go any other hotels in chennai

I am george mathew from trivandrum. Me and my family 5 adults visited m aroma suits, chennai on jun e 8, 2024. We have 2 rooms. The manager at the reception was very friendly. We checked in. Almost all staff are from the north east who are very friendly. The rooms very neat and clean and beautifully arranged. Clean toilets. We had gone to the restaurent for lunch. After finishing food i told the girl at the restaurent that we are from room no 203. She just noded. Usually when a guest staying at a hotel took food from restaurant the waiter will give the bill will as us to sign. After that at the time of check out the guest will pay the bill. In my case waitress didnt give bill. After that in the night at 10:30 pm a waiter came to the of my don in law and asked him to pay the bill for the food we had in the afternoon. My son n law said the bill will be paid during checkout. But the waiter insisted on paying right then and there. This was highly improper on the part of the waiter. Except this everything wad fine. One strange the hotel does is switching off electricity after the checkout time 11:00 am. After check out we had to wait for taxi at the reception with no electricity. They have big a powerful l generator. This not good i think. Except these incidents everything was fine
