Es ist mein Fehler bei der Bewertung von *********** Ich hatte ein solches Hotel zuerst bei Ankunft hatte das Hotel tatsächlich Kartenzahlung *********** hatte gegeben, bei der Abreise zu zahlen zweitens für eine frühe Abreise in sie geladen 1000 zusätzliche du ganzes Hotel war leer Dann gibt es Renovierungsarbeiten im Hotel, für das es Staub & Gemälde Geruch im Zimmer Ich war zu Chennai für meine Augenoperation gekommen, so meine Bestellung war um 9 Uhr morgens, so es war dringend nach Beschwerden an *********** das Trage-Angebotszimmer in dort anderes Hotel which is of more low categories & far from the hospital & *********** also offer other hotel of low category & higher rate Then it’s not possible for me to change hotel as I was busy in hospital all day then in the night at 10 when I come my room & bed dampften das Hotelpersonal war nicht bereit, zu kommen auf Wäschetücher 3 bis 4 Zeit Hotel sagt, die haben nicht extra Handtücher Die Tassen waren schmutzig Es gab Cockroaches im Rum das Bett macht Noes so habe ich beschlossen, das Hotel um 11 in der Nacht zu ändern Aber leider nicht das Hotel noch ********* zahlt den Betrag zurück Das Krankenhausproblem habe ich wieder bezahlt mit Anfrage, dass alle nicht verwenden Buchungsbewertung und nicht dieses Hotel reservieren bitte

We have always enjoyed staying at Taj Coro***del. All the staff have made us feel at home with their exceptional service. The executive rooms and luxury rooms are extremely comfortable. Special thanks to: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) who went above and beyond with their exceptional service to take care of our every need. The entire butler team (Bala, Saravanan and Napolean who made sure they went the extra mile at the lounge. The entire Jiva Spa team who made sure we were well rested and relaxed. The entire restaurant and kitchen at Southern Spice team who enticed us with their superb food. The entire Front Office team who made our check-in and check-out seamless. The entire Door*** and Concierge team who helped us with our endless shopping bags. The entire Housekeeping team who did something small every day to put a smile on our faces when we returned back to the room. The entire In-Room Dining team who accommodated our late night food and coffee orders. We also had the pleasure of being served by Trainees Santak and Shafira, whom we would like to take the opportunity to wish them all the best in their future endeavours and to reach greater heights in this industry. Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt. Wir wollten einen Club fühlen und gingen nach unten zum Club. Sie hätten Tamil-Songs gespielt, ihre Indien und Ihre Gäste sind Indianer, das Spielen von Englisch-Songs sind gut, aber Tamil-Songs wären wirklich besser

Stayed for just 1 night but truly enjoyed every moment in this pragmatic business-cum-holiday modern Hotel. Location was excellent. The room'was spacious with all amenities and excellent mattress and linen quality. The bathroom was modern and had good water pressure with 24hrs running hot water, though the shower cubicle could have been a tad bigger. The therapist at the spa was very good too. The buffet breakfast had a good spread, but service could be improved. The Hotel has a very nice rooftop pool and bar but couldn't use it as it was raining! Special appreciation for Damu who went out of the way to accommodate my special request for an early check-in and late check-out due to my flight timings, besides keeping my suit safe while we travelled to Ooty and returned. Also, a big thanks to ***n who arranged the Hotel Car to drop and pick us up at a wedding, as all local cabs stopped services due to heavy rain! This Hotel goes the extra mile to make their guests truly feel home! We look forward to visiting them soon.

Es war sauber und angenehm zu bleiben Zimmer ist sauber. Das Frühstück war nett und schmackhaft. Wir blieben, da es in der Nähe des US-biometrischen Zentrums, die eine Spazierweiterung ist. Service war schönes Personal war freundlich und lächeln immer mit schönen Grüßen. Es war ein kurzer und angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das ist das beste Hotel, das ich jemals gehabt habe. Alles perfekt. Das Rezeptionpersonal ist freundlich, effizient und leuchtet immer. die Zimmer sind groß, sehr modern und perfekt sauber, der Zimmerjunge David macht jeden Tag eine wunderbare Arbeit. Das Frühstück ist riesig und hat eine tolle Auswahl und alles ist frisch und gut dargestellt. Der Poolbereich mit seiner Bar und Restaurant verfügt über eine schöne Atmosphäre. und seine tolle, dass Sie bis Mitternacht schwimmen können. Dip einer der Wächter ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Ich werde nächstes Jahr zurück sein und werde nie woanders in Chennai bleiben

Theocation is really good, nearby the metro station. It's clean and quiet, the staffs are professional.

Positives: 1. The prime location of this hotel makes it super convenient to go anywhere around the city. It’s also easy to book an auto through Ola in the mornings. 2. There are ***y shops/restaurants right around Belstead, which makes it ideal for grabbing basic amenities/drugstore items. 3. The breakfast buffet deserves 5 stars, simply outstanding and perfect south Indian vegetarian dishes. 4. Worth mentioning for delivering outstanding service are Rupa from ALOE restaurant and Pinky from Front Desk. Always eager to serve guests and genuinely attentive, they go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. 5. The amenities in the room are relatively in good condition, as the property was recently renovated around 3 years ago. 6. The rooms are spacious and the AC unit in the room was a lifesaver from the summer heat. 7. There were ***y families staying at the hotel, which gave it a warm ambience and safe environment. Negatives: 1. My room never had a minibar nor a luggage stand, although it was supposed to be part of my booking for 12 nights. They also never changed the room as I was promised during checkin. 2. There’s a bar right next to the hotel, therefore I could not sleep on ***y nights during my stay (even with earplugs on) as there was so much noise from the bar. I was told that the noise would end around 11:30pm, but there were nights where it went on past 12:30am. There also happened to be a wedding reception happening at the rooftop level during my stay. It was so loud, my ceiling AND floor vibrated throughout the night. I had to sacrifice ***y nights of sleep and could not have proper rest. 3. Some of the staff need to be trained to serve guests better, as there was one lady by the name of Nisha at the Front Desk who never made eye contact with me throughout my 12 nights of stay at the hotel. She deliberately dropped her gaze when she saw me approaching towards the reception to get my card activated on most evenings. Very unprofessional behaviour which was totally uncalled for. 4. There was also another middle-aged *** at the reception who started treating me differently after I asked if I could book a massage to my room through Urban Company. It is very common to get body massage during tiring trips and his change in behaviour after I requested this was very unsettling and made me feel uncomfortable towards approaching him thereafter. Thankfully, there was a really good, hygienic and safe spa (Spa Blu) close to the hotel where I then headed for my treatment. 5. The service standard from housekeeping was inconsistent. I never had my black tea replenished during my stay there, and after a certain point, I gave up requesting for basic amenities which should have been there after each room service. The housekeeping staff could have been more attentive in vacuuming the room properly and clearing hair from the bathroom drain. On one of the days, I also had a duvet which was stained badly and thankfully replaced by the tim
