Excellent location of the hotel: not in the noisy center, but close enough to all significant attractions. The room is small but comfortable. With good sound insulation and a comfortable bed. Also, I would like to note that the room has shampoos and shower gel with a great smell. The breakfast is delicious. It is also suitable for Europeans. The choice of dishes did not change much from day to day, but everything was always delicious and fresh. The coffee is excellent and strong. The staff is friendly. Check-in is fast.

Amazing hospitality, from check-in/out to room service. Special mention to the Mr. Yu and Mr. Zhang (managers) who ensured all our requests were met. Good location, if riding car (10 mins to tourist attractions). For walking, closest amenities is about 10 mins. Clean rooms and good breakfast with local specialties.

Hotel Ibis (wide narrow Alley Central Hotel, Chengdu) is very good for you to choose as the place to stay in Chengdu. We love the cleanliness and facilities. The only problem we faced this time is the transparent toilet door which made I and my friend felt uncomfortable to use. We didn't get use to this situation.

Location is goood. Staff is helpful. Breakfast can be better. The toilett heating is the best in winter time Bed is comfy. Foreigners are accepted

Reception staff is polite and nice! Their services also very good. Room is clean and quite comfortable for 3 person. Space is enough for 3 person stay. Will be back if travel again.

This hotel was great! Walking distance to all the hot spots, around five minute walk to plazas with a ton of restaurants and shops.

Hotel stay was good, price was cheap with excellent service and amenities was outstanding. Loved the heated toilet seat and did not expect the hotel to have this for the price. We were surprised there was laundry service available, did wonders as we needed to wash some clothes due to our trip. We only planed to stay one night but needed up staying another night. Recommended for a cheap stay and for excellent service.

Great experience! Stayed in Chengdu for over a week so it was nice to be at a hotel with free laundry. The room was clean and the bed and pillows all comfortable.

Worth to stay with such price which included breakfast for two. Clean room, friendly staff. Easy to get DiDi to go to all attractions points.
