I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Wuhou and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would especially like to commend the front desk staff, particularly a lady named Amy from the Front Office Department. She was very professional, courteous, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. The combination of cleanliness, excellent service, and a great location makes it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Staff is very nice. Did everything they could to insure a pleasant stay. We had a king size bed reserved. Xiao Tang suggested getting a standard and pushing beds together. Worked out much better. Cleaning staff was very conscientious and did an awesome job. Like other people said, the breakfast is excellent. They kept bringing food out up to the last minute. The variety and quality was very good. The locating is on Second ring road next to metro station. Very easy to get around. Thanks to the staff and especially Xiao Tang!

The reception is very friendly and warm-hearted, especially Miss Chen. The room is always very clean and neat. The location is also convenient. I can go to anywhere with encountering traffic jam. Highly recommended.

I'm From Thailand The room is very quiet even though it's near the expressway and right at the intersection. Walk 200 meters from the MRT and there's nothing lonely on the walkway. There's a lot of food. The street behind the hotel has Street Food, LocalSupermarket, Lawson, and restaurants. It can be said that it's complete. Carrefour is about 500 meters away. As for the hotel, the atmosphere is good. The rooms are good, spacious, and very clean. Housekeeper cleans and replenishes food and water. Make a new mattress every day. If we come back to Chengdu again, we will come back to stay here again. Overall, very impressed.

Holiday inn express is always my first choice whenever I go travel. Like their wide selection of breakfast spread, of course room cleanliness is also good. 2 types of pillows provided - 1 firm 1 soft, i usually like to sleep on the firm one while soft one for hugging. Blanket is also soft and comfy. Fridge is also provided which is a must for me as I like to topup drinks/beers in room. Location of this hotel is facing main road, if u don’t mind to explore abit, walk behind the hotel you will find whole stretch of local shophouses with a few grocery shops, bakery, eateries etc.

The room smelled really bad and the AC was not cold enough. Staff were nice but the hotel is old and not clean enough.

The overall experience was good except that the staff should be trained to inform hotel guests especially those from overseas like us about the available transport options to visit the city and beyond. For example, we had spent RMB150 over 2 days in taxi fares before we found out on our own that the nearest subway station is just a 5 minute walk away. The staff had even watched us waited more than 5mins for a taxi they helped us to book!

The check-in in holiday inn hotels always takes a long time. If they ask us to show the visa amd last entry pages, it will take much faster than to go through all the pages. Besides they asked some really wierd questions like which city dontou come from, where will you gi next, that is absolutely not their business. The price of the room was really good and considering that it was really close to subway and it was really easy to get downtown, it was still worth staying there. The breakfast was both western and Chinese. And was not bad at all
