Da es früher zum Geschäft kam, hat der Rezeption-Pferd für uns die Zimmertyp-Upgrade gemacht und hat auch alle Details besonders intim organisiert. Es ist enthusiastisch und aufmerksam. Es gibt auch kleinen Pferde im Gasthaus, die speziell nach Taigory fahren. Wir holen uns zurück zum Hotel und helfen uns, das Gepäck zu packen. Sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für jeden Mitarbeiter der Thai-Shuttle und wünschen dem Hotel immer besser.

Die Nachmittagsschnecke ist sehr lecker, die Nachtschnecke ist nicht schlecht, die Suppe oder Eispulver. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind reichhaltig, aber ich kann nicht essen. Das Hotel hat viele Orte, die für die Freigabe geeignet sind. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und wird später wiederkommen. Das einzige, was Sie brauchen, ist die Wäscheausstattung, der Wasserdruck ist nicht genug.

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu Panda Garden during our visit to Chengdu. We were really impressed with how beautiful the hotel was and how friendly the staff was. Upon check-in, they upgraded our room to a very spacious panda room, and I must say, the view from our bedroom window was immaculate. The hotel provided a shuttle to go to the Panda breeding park. My only disappointment was I didn’t stay long, as our visit to Chengdu was short. Despite the hotel's location, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. I really love my stay, and I will definitely be staying back here when I revisit Chengdu.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

Es ist nicht so laut und es ist nicht einfach, in einem Taxi stecken zu bleiben. Die Zimmer befinden sich alle auf den oberen Etagen mit einer Höhe von über 33 Metern und bieten Blick auf den Fluss, die Chunxi Road und den Fernsehturm. Die Aussicht bei Nacht ist atemberaubend. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist so lecker, es gibt sowohl chinesische als auch westliche Gerichte sowie Sichuan-Spezialitäten und Nudeln. Die Suppe ist fantastisch, ich liebe sie! Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und wird täglich von der Putzfrau sorgfältig gereinigt. Der Service ist sehr rücksichtsvoll, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und es wurde sogar die Zimmerkategorie aufgewertet. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte rund um das Hotel. Ich kann jeden Tag nach dem Abendessen einkaufen gehen und etwas zum Essen mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Kurz gesagt, ich empfehle es allen Freunden, die nach Chengdu kommen! ! !

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

Gehen Sie 10 Minuten geradeaus, dann können Sie den berühmten IFS-Panda sehen, super praktisch. Obwohl es in der Stadt liegt, hört man überhaupt kein Geräusch! Auch das Bett ist super bequem. Übrigens haben sie uns am Tag unserer Abreise sogar das supersüße Panda-Stirnband geschenkt.

AAnonymer BenutzerFür Rucksacktouristen ist es wahrscheinlich überdurchschnittlich gut, weil die Lage sehr gut ist und man überall gut hingehen kann. Es gibt auch ein Café im obersten Stockwerk Pot-Dating-Event an dem Tag, an dem ich dort war.
Sanitär- und Toilettenartikel muss man an der Rezeption besorgen, da findet man immer jemanden. Die Matratze im Zimmer ist sauber, es gibt keine Allergien in der Nase und auch das Badezimmer ist sauber.
Nur die Ausstattung unterscheidet sich geringfügig. Die unterschiedlichsten Teile sind unserer Meinung nach die Kletterstange und die Schallwand am Bett.
Später entdeckte ich, dass das Foto des Bed & Breakfast, das wir für vier Personen auf Ctrip gebucht hatten, ein Foto von sechs Personen war (／_＼)
Abgesehen von den oben genannten Ausstattungsproblemen ist das Gesamterlebnis immer noch sehr gut. Wenn ein paar Freunde ein günstiges Hostel in der Stadt finden möchten, dann ist dieses Hotel in der Tat eine Überlegung wert und ich werde wiederkommen und dort übernachten.

SSoloWondersIch würde sagen, das Hostel hat eine Jugendvibe und Zimmer mit Fenstern sind geräumig. Sauberkeit kann sich auch die große Zeit verbessert werden, ebenso wie die Mühe in den Hallen - offensichtlich wird das Hostel renoviert so viele Abfälle können sich nach unten aufgefallen.
Die Lage ist genügend nahe dem Tempel und Kloster komplex und einer wunderschönen Restaurantstraße mit leckerem Chengdu-Essen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie Wasser kaufen, bevor Sie ins Zimmer kommen und wählen Sie Zimmer mit Fenstern, sonst können Sie jemanden zugewiesen werden, der keine hat.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
