Verfallenes Zimmer, das Kartensystem für das Parken und das Zimmer funktioniert jedes Mal. Das Reinigungspersonal hat uns um 10:40 Uhr rausgeschmissen, obwohl der Check-out erst um 11:00 Uhr erfolgt. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind nicht sehr sauber und im ersten Stock stinkt es nach Zigaretten. Die Treppen stinken nach Urin, es mangelt an Farbe am Boden und an der Wand und sie sind wirklich überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Personal hat keinen kohärenten Diskurs über die Rückerstattung der Kaution. Frühstück für den Inhalt recht teuer, kein Aufschnitt, Obst, Käse. Verfügbares Croissant, Farbe, Müsli, Kompottjoghurt. Es fehlt eine Minute Pause, um die Karte für das Zimmer und den Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Die Bilder und Beschreibungen entsprechen nicht der Realität! Alles sehr heruntergekommen und dreckig und stinkt. Wir raten dringend davon ab, dort zu buchen. Wir sind gleich nachdem wir eingecheckt haben, von dort weg und haben ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Zimmer war eng für 2 von uns, Handtücher waren nicht sehr sauber, ich habe Geschirr und Besteck vor Gebrauch gewaschen, Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht, Dunstabzugshaube im Badezimmer hing an der Wand und war nicht angeschlossen, keine Klimaanlage, es gibt ein Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite und es hat keine Wein- oder Bierlizenz, aber das Essen und der Service waren gut, es gibt keine anderen Restaurants in der Nähe oder Kneipen oder Cocktailbars, alles war mindestens eine Stunde Fahrt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Disneyland ist wieder 1,5 Stunden mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt, außerdem mussten wir bei der Ankunft 15 Euro Steuern und eine Kaution von 75 Euro zahlen, auf die ich nicht hingewiesen wurde, würde das Hotel oder die Gegend nicht empfehlen

Dies ist inakzeptabel, da sie versuchen, uns zu zwingen, in einem von Ameisen befallenen Zimmer zu bleiben, in dem es keine ausreichende Bettwäsche gibt und schmutziges Wasser aus Rohren und quietschenden Türen kommt. Unhöfliche und nicht hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin. Sie raten uns auch, nach einem geeigneten Ort zu suchen, und sie werden uns das Geld zurückerstatten, aber nachdem wir abgereist sind und für ein anderes Hotel bezahlt haben, wurden wir von ADAM From Love Holidays kontaktiert, um zu sagen, dass wir kein Geld zurückbekommen werden. Buchen Sie nicht bei diesen Leuten, seien Sie gewarnt, dass Sie Ihr Geld verschwenden. Simon

I only stayed for two nights before my flight but during that time I received really friendly service and was able to walk to anywhere in Chelles I needed to go. If you don't really feel like walking than there are a few restaurants right near bye. Good location, good accomodations.

False advertisement of apartment rooms are deteriorating and smell of unclean its in the air.Not once they cleaned my room!staff not polite at all. Rude they refused to understand you even when on their add say they speak Portuguese and English. Ants and cockroaches will join you. Worst place I ever stayed in my life not recommended.Sou Portuguesa e falo English fluente e sempre mantiveram a mesma resposto não percebo o que dizes?palhaçada porque têm disponibilizado na Internet que falam essas duas linguas quando é mentira.As fotos disponibilizadas na Internet deve de ser de algum apartamento que esta fechado a 7 chaves so serve para display 😄 oh The only good yhing about this place ifs 20min from Disneyland!

The hotel is very dirty and the room absolutely disgusting! I couldn’t get in contact with the managers cause i had to leave after first night but i ve booked for 4 night! Still waiting for refund but no one get back to me so far! i left the key at the reception and the girl gave me a number to call , no one picked up

Rooms are dirty and some of the stuffs were broken on some of the rooms we saw. The all hotel needs a full remodeling and redesign. The staff was nice, polite and professional. I don't recommend it if you are looking for comfort.

The best part about this hotel was it was a 20 minute drive to Disney, I was told on reception when we arrived we could put towels on floor and get new ones, it didn’t happen, so when we asked we were told they have housekeeping ONCE a week! If you want cheap this is the hotel, if you want a little more comfortable stay then look for somewhere else. Me and my partner have said if we come to France again we won’t be staying here. It was very very poor.

Appartment was old but clean. Appartment should be renewed, but for the price is was ok. Breakfast was ok. Private parking for 5 euro's the night. 30 minutes from Disney. Breakfast is 8.50 euro p.p...

I didn’t like everything. This place was so horrible we had booked two nights in this hotel and it was the worst experience so far the first night we talked to them to gives us extra blankets and pillows for the kids and they said they don't have......... The pillows were like a f..... paper.. The second night we had to sleep in a f....... van with 4kids and pregnant women because off this bull.....hotel we called several times to the emergency number and even other numbers now one accepted the call.... Because they cancelled our room cards after we went one full day in Disneyland... We even had to go to the police station for help but they did nothing too... Don't waist your money on this not if it is just 5euro per night.... We even told them to give us the refund but till now nothing happened THIS IS S.......

this is the worst..do not spend not even €1 here.we booked and paid for 2 nights.we were with kids and paid for them however no bedsheets for sofa bed.when asked they said they dont have!!! . after the first night we went full day at disneyland.when we came back at about 12am our rooms where locked .they had de activated our card rooms.no reception there called million time on all numbers.went to pokice station they called too for nothing. we had to sleep in a van with 4 small kids and a pregnant women. it is unbelievable.they are scammers and big liars.do not be fooled by the good price.our holiday was ruined because of this unbelievable non sense scammers.

VERY BAD I DONT RECOMMEND. I mean it’s okay if u stay in one day but not three to one week. The bedding so poor only had one blanket on kingsize bed and only ONE TOILET paper. PLUS BUGS SMALL BUGS ESPECIALLY IN THE TOILET. The apartment is nice but the cleaning needs to be fixed you couldnt step on the floor. And the welcoming was not it. For the low price is ok.
