My stay has been more than disappointing, it is down right unacceptable. Checking in I was met with a very rude woman behind the counter who made very unprofessional comments. I booked through ******* and when I came in they tried to charge me a completely different price. I didn't hold back and I made them charge me the correct amount. Coming to our room was initially nice, but we soon found that the bedsheets were stained, the ac barely cooled the room, for a room of four we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag. This wouldn't be so bad but their room service only comes once every 3 days, if you are lucky. Our room service never came on the day they were supposed to, not even a knock on our door. We had to schedule them the next day and we were told that they would come between a certain time in the morning. We made sure we were not in the room before that time and didn't come back until later in the day. After an exhausting day we came back to a room that had not been touched. We decided to call the front desk using our rooms phone, only to find that it did not work. We had to make our way back down and practically begging for them to come up and clean the room. Once they did come we were met with attitude by the cleaning lady. We thought she did a good job at first, but we found out she never even replaced our shampoo and conditioner, only adding water to it. I wouldn't recommend going to the pool at least in the current condition it is in. When you first walk in you are welcomed to a loud screeching fan that fills and echos into the room. you have to talk quite loudly to even be able to hear over it. That's not the only thing you should avoid in the pool. When we first came the pool was closed but then reopened, we were told it was safe to swim, but that was not the case. All of our hair is fried, our skin dried and irritated, and our bathing suits bleached. I have grown up swimming in chlorine pools and I've never had such a negative chemical reaction such as this. I don't recommend using the stairs as it is very much a fall risk. Multiple stairs are broken and showing bare wood, missing the gripping edges. My disabled friend, when going down to let the front desk know about the cleaning not happening, took a nasty fall. All the front desk did was file a report and not do anything to fix the stairs right away. Also letting the desk know our room phone didn't work they did nothing to rectify that either. Their breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. You get two main choices and the rest is packaged milk and yogurt. Their coffees are never refilled and for the size of the hotel it's just not enough. I was able to get maybe 4 oz of coffee when coming early. I definitely recommend staying away from the turkey sausage. Tasting it I could tell something was off right away and I couldn't even eat it. My poor husband decided to try and he has been up all night and day with a stomach ache. Checking out and bringing some of these

Ich habe in diesem Hotel mindestens ein halbes Dutzend Mal geblieben und habe immer einen außergewöhnlichen Gästeservice gehabt. Im Wochenende des Arbeitstags habe ich nach einer sehr stressigen Woche dort gekommen. Ich hatte falsch ein Zimmer mit einem Bett reserviert. Nachdem sie die Gästedienste von meinem Fehler informiert haben, kamen sie sofort zur Arbeit, versuchten, einige Alternativen für mich zu finden. Ich wurde so viel Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, es war erfrischend. Sie fanden ein Zimmer, das meine Anfrage / Notwendigkeit befriedigt. Wenn ich im Chattanooga-Bereich bin, möchte ich nie woanders bleiben. Gut gemacht.

I stayed at this location of Homewood suites in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During my stay staff we're good except one person. The breakfast person named Sharon whom isn't nice, heard other people say how they won't eat breakfast when she is there. The only time I felt comfortable to get breakfast is when the other breakfast person named Stephanie was there. Stephanie is great, great personality, nice smile. But on August 13 during the social I got for myself three plates of different items. One plate was two slices of pizza, 2nd plate had salad and croutons, 3rd plate had cubed cheese and cookie. I took it to the room and my Ada companion forgot his plate of two slices of pizza so I went back down to get it and all of a sudden after grabbing a plate I felt a slap on my right arm, thought it was my Ada companion, nope it was Sharon, after physically assaulting me she proceeded to tell me that ”you can't have anymore food as you've already had 3 plates”. I'm a diabetic and should never be told by some stranger I can't have food. She's not related in any form and she's not paying my bills so she had no right to tell me what to do. And I've had a heart attack and spinal Stenosis and Tourette Syndrome. I thought it was illegal for a hotel staff to hit a guest, a disabled one at that. I reported it and nothing was ever done about it. I never again went downstairs to get breakfast on the days Sharon was there as I didn't feel comfortable being around her and didn't go downstairs for the days the social was as I didn't feel like putting up with being hit again and being told I can't get food cause she has to feed other guests. I worked for Hampton and I know you don't touch a guest at all and you don't tell a guest what to do as in when they are getting food. Not sure what she's thinking but thought something would be done about how she physically assaulted me and told me I can't get food when I'm a diabetic. She caused me mental anguish and stress. And also when they had the social I got a cup of liquid that had an unknown substance without a label and as they had beer I was assuming it was Wine. So I was smelling it to see if I could identify what it was and Sharon Chimes in ”Why are you smelling it when it's just Tea” what's it any of her business why I am smelling it. Pictured was my plates that Sharon thought were 3 plates of pizza. Like I said unless Sharon wants to pay all my bills from now on then yeah but otherwise she has no right to tell me anything and needs to mind her own business. Also at this hotel disabled people have no rights and they think it's okay for a staff member to physically assault a disabled person as myself. Been discriminated against disability at this property and physically assaulted that caused me mental anguish and stress and heart attack symptoms as I've already had one in the past. Nice to see that disabled people have no rights and it's okay to tell a disabled person/diabetic you can't get food. And for Sharon

Dieses Hilton Garden Inn wurde aktualisiert und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Alles mit dem Personal, das wir getroffen haben, waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, mit einer großen Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Es gibt viele Orte, um sich zu sitzen und mit Freunden zu besuchen. (Selbst ein Feuerplatz draußen.) Wir blieben, als das Wetter wirklich kalt war, und unser Auto war schwer zu starten. Die Dame am Frontbüro hatte einen Wartungsmann, um mit Boosterkabeln umzufahren und springt aus. Wir werden hier sein, wenn wir wieder in Chattanooga sind.

I wish there were more stars than 5 to give for this hotel. We had an exceptional experience. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. The front desk solved a problem for us and went above and beyond during our stay. We are a school group and I had worked with someone over the phone about the rooms we needed. I emailed the day before arrival and assumed all was well. Upon arrival the front desk had just heard of our group coming and didn’t have the rooms. I am not sure where the breakdown occurred but this people worked like super hero’s to accommodate us. They went above and beyond in service. I would not hesitate to stay here!

Very comfortable bed, nice staff, good price,free water bottles, when we requested to be near the entrance because we were only staying there for day then leaving they took that in question and actually put us there! Lovely hotel and if I need to stay in Chattanooga again I will surely be staying here! (Also there is a couch extension for only $8!) Also amazing breakfast with the best sausage I've had in a while! And a cool free choice coffee machine!

Wir prüften am späten Nachmittag und waren überrascht, dass eine Auswahl aus mehreren Zimmern angeboten werden, die unsere Reservierung entsprechen. Wir wählen ein Zimmer im oberen Stock anstatt ein Zimmer, das dem Pool angemessen war. Keiner hat mich jemals gefragt, wo ich lieber sein würde. Wir blieben nur über Nacht auf dem Weg nach Kentucky, so dass wir nicht von dem Pool profitierten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich mag es nur eine große Dusche anstelle des Tubs. Die einzige Beschwerde im Badezimmer war das Fehlen von Hügeln und Orten, um meine Artikel zu platzieren. Das Zimmerbereich war groß. Das offene Hügel überall gab uns Orte, um unsere Artikel zu platzieren, ohne sich Sorgen um etwas zu vergessen. Das Bett war extrem komfortabel! Wir waren neben der Treppe und fast über dem Eis im vierten Stock, aber hörten keinen Lärm. Das Frühstücksraum war sauber und gut gelagert. Die Damen am Büro waren die schönsten! Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in der Walkweite. Dies wurde der Standard, den wir anderen mit verglichen haben, aber niemand andere erfüllte diese Qualität.

room could've been in better condition. state of amenities were to be expected for the price but at least a minimum theres free coffee and the atmosphere is friendly. customer service is actually quite reasonable and was helpful when i made requests as well. 4/5.

Ich liebe diesen Doppeltree! Die Lage ist großartig, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten sind so komfortabel, die Kundenservice-Repräsentanten sind freundlich und sie gehen aus ihrem Weg, um Ihnen zu helfen. Das Übungszimmer und die Pool-Gebiete sind perfekt.
