WARM indoor /outdoor pool with waterfall feature, love the elkay water refill stations-we always travels with our own water bottles to avoid buying plastic and they have a water refill station in the lobby. AC in the room was quiet, comfortable bed and the pillows were perfect. Clean hotel, offers a free breakfast with waffle station, eggs, cereals, muffins and all that. Highly recommend. Convenient to walk around downtown . If you can't find a parking spot in the parking lot to the front desk and they will let you park in the 10 minute parking overnight. Only downside was the evening front desk person was very grouchy and rude.

I wish there were more stars than 5 to give for this hotel. We had an exceptional experience. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed. The front desk solved a problem for us and went above and beyond during our stay. We are a school group and I had worked with someone over the phone about the rooms we needed. I emailed the day before arrival and assumed all was well. Upon arrival the front desk had just heard of our group coming and didn’t have the rooms. I am not sure where the breakdown occurred but this people worked like super hero’s to accommodate us. They went above and beyond in service. I would not hesitate to stay here!

Das Bett war nicht sauber. Es gab Haare und Nahrungsmittelschäden auf den Blättern! Der Vorderbüro-Verwalter war sehr nett und brachte uns einige Blätter. Sie sagte, sie sei die einzige im Hotel, so dass sie niemanden schicken konnte, um die Blätter für uns zu ändern, so dass wir unser eigenes Bett ändern mussten! Um 10 Uhr nach dem Schlafengehen hörten wir jemanden, der in dem Zimmer über uns laufen und springen. Wir warten geduldig etwa eine Stunde, um zu sehen, ob sie sich niederlegen würden, aber schließlich mussten wir den Vorderabend anrufen und Beschwerden einlegen. Die Desk-Agentin sagte, sie würde sich um sie kümmern und nach ein paar Minuten der Lärm gestoppt. Erst nach Mitternacht kam er nicht wieder zum Schlafen.

My stay has been more than disappointing, it is down right unacceptable. Checking in I was met with a very rude woman behind the counter who made very unprofessional comments. I booked through ******* and when I came in they tried to charge me a completely different price. I didn't hold back and I made them charge me the correct amount. Coming to our room was initially nice, but we soon found that the bedsheets were stained, the ac barely cooled the room, for a room of four we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag. This wouldn't be so bad but their room service only comes once every 3 days, if you are lucky. Our room service never came on the day they were supposed to, not even a knock on our door. We had to schedule them the next day and we were told that they would come between a certain time in the morning. We made sure we were not in the room before that time and didn't come back until later in the day. After an exhausting day we came back to a room that had not been touched. We decided to call the front desk using our rooms phone, only to find that it did not work. We had to make our way back down and practically begging for them to come up and clean the room. Once they did come we were met with attitude by the cleaning lady. We thought she did a good job at first, but we found out she never even replaced our shampoo and conditioner, only adding water to it. I wouldn't recommend going to the pool at least in the current condition it is in. When you first walk in you are welcomed to a loud screeching fan that fills and echos into the room. you have to talk quite loudly to even be able to hear over it. That's not the only thing you should avoid in the pool. When we first came the pool was closed but then reopened, we were told it was safe to swim, but that was not the case. All of our hair is fried, our skin dried and irritated, and our bathing suits bleached. I have grown up swimming in chlorine pools and I've never had such a negative chemical reaction such as this. I don't recommend using the stairs as it is very much a fall risk. Multiple stairs are broken and showing bare wood, missing the gripping edges. My disabled friend, when going down to let the front desk know about the cleaning not happening, took a nasty fall. All the front desk did was file a report and not do anything to fix the stairs right away. Also letting the desk know our room phone didn't work they did nothing to rectify that either. Their breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. You get two main choices and the rest is packaged milk and yogurt. Their coffees are never refilled and for the size of the hotel it's just not enough. I was able to get maybe 4 oz of coffee when coming early. I definitely recommend staying away from the turkey sausage. Tasting it I could tell something was off right away and I couldn't even eat it. My poor husband decided to try and he has been up all night and day with a stomach ache. Checking out and bringing some of these

Wir wählen ein Zimmer im oberen Stock anstatt ein Zimmer, das dem Pool angemessen war. Keiner hat mich jemals gefragt, wo ich lieber sein würde. Wir blieben nur über Nacht auf dem Weg nach Kentucky, so dass wir nicht von dem Pool profitierten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Ich mag es nur eine große Dusche anstelle des Tubs. Die einzige Beschwerde im Badezimmer war das Fehlen von Hügeln und Orten, um meine Artikel zu platzieren. Das Zimmerbereich war groß. Das offene Hügel überall gab uns Orte, um unsere Artikel zu platzieren, ohne sich Sorgen um etwas zu vergessen. Das Bett war extrem komfortabel! Wir waren neben der Treppe und fast über dem Eis im vierten Stock, aber hörten keinen Lärm. Das Frühstücksraum war sauber und gut gelagert. Die Damen am Büro waren die schönsten! Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in der Walkweite. Dies wurde der Standard, den wir anderen mit verglichen haben, aber niemand andere erfüllte diese Qualität.

Das Zimmer war geräumig -- ein Königsbett -- und sehr komfortabel. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Es war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr elementar, instant Oatmeal und kleine Muffins mit einer Frühstücksbar - auch Saft und Kaffee. Wir waren im vierten Stock. Es war ruhig und schön. Parkplatz und Eincheckung waren schnell und einfach. Steuern machten die Gesamtkosten etwas hoch, aber gut mit dem Zimmer zufrieden.
