Ich freue mich auf den Aufenthalt in dieser Woche. Ich habe Chattanooga vor ein paar Wochen besucht und in einer anderen Hilton-Eigenschaft geblieben. Diese Reise, wollten wir am Fluss bleiben. Bevor ich von meiner vorangegangenen Reise nach Hause kam, ließ ich mich in die HGI, und was ein wunderbares Personal. Emily und Christine erzählten uns über das Hotel, gab uns Lebensmittel- und Getränke-Einrichtung Empfehlungen und Zimmer Empfehlungen. All dies, wenn unsere Reservierung 3 Wochen aus ist. Wenn sie dich so behandelt, wenn du kein Gast bist, das ist alles, was Sie wissen müssen, wie sie dich während der Zeit dort behandeln werden. Wichtigstens, sie gab mir die Wahl, das Restaurant zu feiern meine Braut-Geburtstag. Bis bald!

The hotel is decent but we had a very uneven experience. I think some of it was unique circumstance. We originally booked a corner 2 queen bed room. The check in process was fast and efficient however when we went to our room we immediately noticed a fair amount of mold build up in the shower so we asked to change to another room of the same type. The bellman hadn’t even put the bags in the room yet so it made it easy to change. The next room we went in appeared to be fine until my daughter open the blinds and we found a wasp behind it. Thinking it was no big deal I removed the wasp from behind the blinds but then noticed 2 more. I looked up in the very top corner and nestled all the way up was a wasp nest. The bellman was still with us unloading our bags so we both snapped pictures of it and we obviously had to move again. This time they put us in one of the suites which we very much appreciated the gesture. The room was quite spacious so that was nice. However, it only had 1 king instead of queens which meant someone was going to have to sleep on the couch. This ended up being me so I pretty much didn’t sleep for a few nights. Also the room was a handicap room so the shower had no door and only a shower curtain that was about 3 feet off of the ground. So you had to shower in the corner or the shower and water would get everywhere in the bath room because there was nothing to stop it from splashing. The final night we were there the manager who was on duty offered to comp a dinner for my family given all of the changes. Again, we appreciated the gesture as we didn’t ask for that all. That meal took over 2 hours because the service was very slow. I’m pretty sure they had a 13 or 14 top seated at the same time as us so that was likely the reason. This meal actually ended up on my final bill so it wasn’t comped at all. I didn’t have the energy to fight it so I just let it go. I thought the staff was friendly and they tried to accommodate so that was all appreciated.

Wir kamen zu einem Spiel und hatten einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Wir hatten die App angemeldet; Gary Potts am Front Desk begrüßte mich als Titanmitglied und danke mir für meine Loyalität, als er mir die Schlüssel zu unserem Zimmer auf dem 15. Stock gegeben. Großer Blick auf die Stadt. Am nächsten Tag gingen wir zurück zum Vordertisch, weil ich schockiert war, zu sehen, dass Uber $49 für die kurze Fahrt zum Theater wollte. Gary hat uns durch den Namen begrüßt und vereinbart, dass es eine andere Option geben sollte. Er rief einen Taxidienst an und setzte einen für uns nach der Bestätigung des Preises ($3.50!) und der Überprüfung der Details mit uns. Lisa, die auch auf dem Frontbüro war, hielt uns mit Karten und Informationen über die lokale Gegend unterstützt. Es war eine Freude, beide von ihnen so persönliche Interesse zu haben. Am nächsten Tag, als wir auscheckten, fragte Lisa über die Leistung und chattete wieder mit uns. Das Personal im Restaurant und Bar war auch sehr professionell und aufmerksam. Diese Immobilie stellt offensichtlich eine Priorität auf ihre Kunden sowie Reinigung und Wartung.. Wir sind nicht sicher, wann wir nach Chattanooga zurückkehren, aber das ist, wo ich weiß, wir bleiben werden.

I enjoyed my stay at then Chattanoogan. Front desk employee that checked me in was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and aside from some minor housekeeping inconveniences, it would have been perfect. The valet service was superb. Jonathan with that company assisted me and was extremely nice and courteous. If I could give one recommendation, it would be to tone down the lobby scent. It was overwhelming.

Stayed here again in late June 2024, and once again the room and the service were spectacular. The front desk clerk, Trinity, was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and check-in was a breeze. The valet service was also very fast. The room, a suite on the 4th floor, was beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel is chic but not stuffy. The speakeasy also remains one of the coolest bars in the city. It was a very relaxing stay, and the Kinley remains the best hotel in Chattanooga.

I stayed at this location of Homewood suites in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During my stay staff we're good except one person. The breakfast person named Sharon whom isn't nice, heard other people say how they won't eat breakfast when she is there. The only time I felt comfortable to get breakfast is when the other breakfast person named Stephanie was there. Stephanie is great, great personality, nice smile. But on August 13 during the social I got for myself three plates of different items. One plate was two slices of pizza, 2nd plate had salad and croutons, 3rd plate had cubed cheese and cookie. I took it to the room and my Ada companion forgot his plate of two slices of pizza so I went back down to get it and all of a sudden after grabbing a plate I felt a slap on my right arm, thought it was my Ada companion, nope it was Sharon, after physically assaulting me she proceeded to tell me that ”you can't have anymore food as you've already had 3 plates”. I'm a diabetic and should never be told by some stranger I can't have food. She's not related in any form and she's not paying my bills so she had no right to tell me what to do. And I've had a heart attack and spinal Stenosis and Tourette Syndrome. I thought it was illegal for a hotel staff to hit a guest, a disabled one at that. I reported it and nothing was ever done about it. I never again went downstairs to get breakfast on the days Sharon was there as I didn't feel comfortable being around her and didn't go downstairs for the days the social was as I didn't feel like putting up with being hit again and being told I can't get food cause she has to feed other guests. I worked for Hampton and I know you don't touch a guest at all and you don't tell a guest what to do as in when they are getting food. Not sure what she's thinking but thought something would be done about how she physically assaulted me and told me I can't get food when I'm a diabetic. She caused me mental anguish and stress. And also when they had the social I got a cup of liquid that had an unknown substance without a label and as they had beer I was assuming it was Wine. So I was smelling it to see if I could identify what it was and Sharon Chimes in ”Why are you smelling it when it's just Tea” what's it any of her business why I am smelling it. Pictured was my plates that Sharon thought were 3 plates of pizza. Like I said unless Sharon wants to pay all my bills from now on then yeah but otherwise she has no right to tell me anything and needs to mind her own business. Also at this hotel disabled people have no rights and they think it's okay for a staff member to physically assault a disabled person as myself. Been discriminated against disability at this property and physically assaulted that caused me mental anguish and stress and heart attack symptoms as I've already had one in the past. Nice to see that disabled people have no rights and it's okay to tell a disabled person/diabetic you can't get food. And for Sharon
