The hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.

First off, it was completely not listed with IHG as being under construction. The lobby is closed, and there is no common area in the lobby, minus the restaurant, which does not open until 5pm. Front desk and staff are extremely kind. That’s the whole reason for the 2 stars. In terms of room - I’m currently sitting here trying to find us a different hotel to move to. First off, we have Platinum Elite status with IHG. I completely understand upgrades are subject to availability, and the hotel is busy this weekend. However, I would have expected to be put into a room that wouldn’t typically go to a Priceline customer. Our view is all of the mechanical roof. But, I have a hard time complaining too much about it, as the windows are so dirty, you can barely see the air ducts and other roof equipment. Out of the faucet, room temperature is the only option. Cold and hot don’t work. I needed a little warm water, so used the Keurig to heat some up and - 🤢. Just gross and dirty. The floor and beds appear clean, but overall, the room is drab and disappointing. Given how filthy some parts are though, we certainly won’t be going barefoot here. Had stayed here years ago for a wedding and it was fine. If I’d known it was being renovated, I would have certainly picked somewhere else. My suggestion - pick a different hotel for your visit to Charlotte! We’re flying down for 3 more games this season, and will definitely be staying elsewhere!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the staff. We were greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely helpful and made the check in process seamless. I had difficulty with my key at the elevator twice, and one of the staff showed me what I was doing wrong but handled it in a way that did not make me feel that I was totally incompetent. LOL. He was incredibly gracious. Both he and another young lady at the desk were always checking on us when we arrived or left. They were so personable and fun. I cannot say enough great things about them. They sent up an extra blanket within minutes of asking! The room was a little tight and it does need a little TLC. However, it was extremely clean and the furniture was in great shape. I thought the bed was very comfortable, but my husband did not. But we fight that battle at home. I loved that the bathroom vanity was separate from the shower and toilet. It allowed two of us to get ready simultaneously. The shower head was fantastic with great water flow. The lighting at the vanity was not great, so ladies bring a mirror and sit on the sofa to apply makeup. The light is better there. There is also very little drawer space, so bring extra hangers to hang your clothes if needed. The location is fantastic. It is close to anywhere you need to go downtown Charlotte. We stayed at the Hilton the last time we were in town, and it cannot come close to competing with the Marriot Courtyard. And the Marriott is almost half the cost. I would highly recommend this hotel over the competition!

Das Zimmer war super klein, obwohl ich das “großere” Königszimmer reserviert habe. Es war sehr komfortabel. Wir blieben nur 6 oder 7 Stunden auf unserer Reise durch Charlotte NC. So für einen Ort, nur schlafen, war es großartig.

Wir lieben dieses Hotel!! Die Ansichten sind unschlagbar, die Lage konnte nicht besser sein, das Personal ist nett, die Liste geht weiter. Wir prüften wirklich spät (aufrichtig 4am Mittwoch, als wir vor der Nacht dort waren, aber niemand schien geirrt und die Mitarbeiter war wunderbar.) Ich konnte dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen genug. Ich habe ein Bild aus dem Bett des Sonnenaufganges enthalten!!

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Charlotte, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Sehr sauberes Hotel, riesiger Platz im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist ein sehr hohes Gebäude in bevorzugter Lage in der Innenstadt von Charlotte. Die Hotelleistungen sind sehr inklusive, man bekommt sofort alles was man braucht.

I want say that Shana of the front desk was one the most helpful and nice front desk personnel I met in a long time. We were having problems with my employee discount with the breakfast attendant and she took care of everything. We had a great buffet breakfast due to her assistance The other guy was giving me a hard time But thanks to employees like Shana I enjoy my stay at this Hilton I’m downtown Charlotte and I will return due to the hospitality she showed us .

Ich reise ein paar Mal im Jahr, bin Hilton Honors Mitglied, und bevorzuge Hotels innerhalb der Hilton-Gruppe. Aber ich bin immer bereit, auch nicht-Hilton Hotels zu versuchen! Pros - das Hotel ist sicher, das Front Desk Personal (Lolly und Phil) sind wirklich freundlich und hilfreich, es gibt komplimentarische Gourmet-Kaffee im Lobby, das Zimmer war sauber, und das Badezimmer war schön und sauber und mit Neutrogena Toiletten gespeichert. Die ganze Nahrung im nächsten Block half mir, gesunde Mahlzeiten zu bekommen, die ich mit der Mikrowelle in meinem Zimmer vorbereitet habe. Das Konventszentrum ist über die Straße. Cons - es ist einfach, das Hotel von außen zu verpassen, und das komplimentäre Frühstück ist starr! Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt im Home2Suites Charlotte Uptown. Es ist ein hervorragendes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, und ich würde dort wieder bleiben, wenn ich nach Charlotte zurückkehren musste.
