Lovely hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. I had a good stay but make sure you ask reception to explain to you that they change an extra fee that they say is a deposit for the room. I paid for the room when I checked in and then later that night, there was another charge on my card from them. I asked them the next morning and the young lady told me that it’s a deposit that would be refunded after I checked out. She explained it as some type of authorization that they get in case you charge something for the room, which I didn’t, but anyways they made the adjustments on my card and only charged me for the night, but just be aware of that.

Wasn't quite what I expected. Staff was friendly and amazing! Just the room and the quality was just off. An empty water bottle behind the night stand, hair in the shower & room was dusty and the condition of the room was as though it was a run down hotel. Which quite bothered me because Sheraton is a good hotel just was expecting more I guess. Would I stay again? Yeah; only because the environment and front desk and breakfast was good but no because I like a good quality room and this wasn't quite it for me.

Had a great experience from check-in to check-out. We reserved two rooms and asked if we could be near each other. Camden made it happen and couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms were an adequate size and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

The service at the bar was not pleasant. They ignored several people before asking if we needed anything.

Room was clean but smelled strongly of smoke on arrival. Beds weren’t all that comfortable. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
