Freundlicher Check-in-Mitarbeiter, aber das Zimmer war etwas fragwürdig. S

Meine Verlobte und ich blieb hier am 14. Juli 2022 für eine Nacht. Das Hotel war beschäftigt, weil ich nur zwei Parkplätze gefunden habe. Wir fertig buchen und nach Mitternacht checken. Leonard war sehr nett und half uns zu Check-in. Unser Zimmer war ein Standard-Hilton-Zimmer. Das Badezimmer hatte einen Spaziergang in der Dusche, aber der Duscheboden sah schmutzig aus. Das Bett war komfortabel und das Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück war verfügbar, aber wir nahmen nicht teil. Ich habe insgesamt $248.65 für eine Nacht bezahlt. Ich dachte wirklich, es war so viel wert. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben, aber nicht für diesen Preis.

Ich lebe lokal, aber ich blieb hier für eine Nacht für eine ”Girl's Night”. Wir haben dieses Hotel für die Lage und den Preis gewählt. Es ist nicht billig, aber es ist nicht in der Reihe von $300-$500 der anderen Hotels. Die positiven: 1) Sie gehen die Tür und es ist nahe zu allem. Sie können auch Blick auf das Wasser, wenn Sie wollen. 2) Nettes Zimmer: Mein Zimmer war super-rein mit einem komfortablen Bett, breiten Fenstern und einer großen Dusche. Es gab viele Handtücher, ein kleines Kühlschrank, Badeprodukte und einen Kaffeemacher. Es ist kein großes Zimmer, aber es ist effizient gestaltet. Ich war komfortabel. 3) Freundliches Personal: Das Front Desk hatte zwei Mitarbeiter, einen Trainer und einen regelmäßigen. Beide waren sehr nett. Die negativen: 1) Die Hallen sind so dunkel, dass Sie kaum sehen können und ich fühlte mich nicht sicher. Ein wenig Licht dorthin! 2) Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist stark, aber automatisch geht aus, wenn Sie nicht bewegen oder nicht dorthin. So kühlt man nie. Und es ist fast 100 Grad in DC in diesen Tagen. Ich wollte mehr Kontrolle über die AC. 3) Die Lobby-Zone braucht eine Upgrade. Die Stoßstangen der Stuhl sind gebrochen und fallen ab. Am Balkon draußen, Die Sitze brauchen auch eine Upgrade. 4) Es war sicherlich das lautste Zimmer, in dem ich schlief. Zwischen dem AC (unglaublich laut) und alles draußen geht (es klang wie ein Schrottverbrennungsgerät an einem Punkt), schlief ich nicht gut. Was war schamlos, weil das Bett gut war. Wenn ich eine Nacht nach National Harbor gekommen wäre, würde ich wahrscheinlich hier nochmal bleiben. Aber wenn ich 3 oder mehr Tage Urlaub wäre, würde ich in einem der anderen Hotels bleiben.

My stay was short just one night but my room was clean and the person at the front desk was friendly and kind. The only thing I think you should check into is maybe doing something different about those powder scrambled eggs that you serve for breakfast. May use a better substitute for them . Other than that my stay was great.

I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly. The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am! The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what? The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member. There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out. The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty. We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying. This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality. Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

We stayed 3 nights whilst attending a wedding celebration in Alexandria. The hotel provided an excellent base for exploring the area, with the location a good compromise between the old town and the metro link. Check-in was fast and efficient, with Pam providing a warm welcome and allowing entry to the rooms 3 hours before check-in. The three suites in our group were very well appointed, clean and the AC worked well. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast offering and the on-site shop for basics. We would definitely return.

Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Wir würden dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen und die Front Desk Menschen waren sehr hilfreich und empfehlen uns zu mehreren Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung

Ich kann nicht genug über dieses Hotel sagen. Ich reise nahe 300 Nächte im Jahr und das war weitgehend das beste Hotel, das ich auch gewesen bin. Von der Personal, Hauspflege, Hotelausstattung und Frühstück war es wirklich fantastisch. Ich habe von Januar 31 bis April 22 in diesem Hotel geblieben und werde dort nur bleiben, wenn ich zurück zum Metrobereich DC fahren muss. Es ist sehr nahe dem Metro, das in die Stadt geht. Es gibt immer Lüfte und Ubers um. Ladung von Restaurants gerade auf der Straße. Die Rechnung war fehlerfrei, ich hatte nie ein Problem. Jedes Mal, wenn ich ein Problem hatte, wurde es schnell gelöst. Ich würde dieses Hotel 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich es konnte.
