Villa d'Este war der erste Stop unserer Rundreise beginnend am Comer See. Unsere hohen Erwartungen wurde voll erfüllt; dabei hat uns das Gesamtpaket voll überzeugt. Sicherlich könnte man Kleinigkeiten beanstanden, aber wann wohnt man schon in eine historischen Villa direkt am See? Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Lage, exzellenter Service, sehr gepflegte Gartenanlagen und Speisen auf absolutem Weltstandard. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den auf dem See schwimmenden Pool mit einem der besten Poolservices auf unserer Reise, einfach nur toll....Das Frühstücksbuffet war auf sehr hohem Niveau und auch bei ausgefallenen Wünschen fand man eine Lösung. Auch der bei unserem Aufenthalt hohe internationale Gästeanteil hat uns gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen.

Alles perfekt. Ein Hotel der Superklasse. Zimmer optimal gestaltet. Endlich mal Zimmer in der man seine Garderobe unterbringen. Personal super geschult immer höflich und aufmerksam. Mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen. Teuer aber sein Geld wert.

Meine Frau und ich haben einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa d’Este in Cernobbio verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Comer See ist einfach atemberaubend – elegantes Ambiente mit einem Hauch von Geschichte und viel Charme. Der Brunch war sehr angenehm: die Auswahl war gut und die Qualität solide. Für solch ein exklusives Haus hatten wir kulinarisch vielleicht etwas mehr erwartet. Dennoch war das Gesamtbild sehr stimmig. Das Personal war durchweg höflich, zuvorkommend und professionell – genau so, wie man es sich in einem Haus dieser Klasse wünscht. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einer der schönsten Locations am See. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Als wir letzte Woche zum ersten Mal dieses altehrwürdige Grandhotel betraten, waren wir sofort beeindruckt. Zuerst konnten wir den wunderbaren Signature Coctail "Mosaico" auf der Terrace der Bar bei herrlichem Sonnenschein genießen, und danach wurde uns ein exquisites Mittagsmenü im Restaurant Veranda kredenzt. Dabei wurden wir äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend von dem Serviceteam, allen voran Francesco, bedient. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und freuen uns schon auf unsere erste Übernachtung in diesem wunderschönen Hotel.

This hotel would rank in my top 3 hotels of all time that I've stayed at. It was truly remarkable - not just is it gorgeous with its position directly on Lake Como and the beauty of its grounds, but what really stood out for us is their superior customer service. Nothing was ever an issue for the staff, who bent over backwards to accommodate our every wish. Whether we refer to the concierge service, who were really helpful, to room service, to the restaurant, and their exceptional can-do attitude. I want to especially single out their restaurant - as a vegan visitor, I could not have been more taken care of, and not only were choices plentiful, but the meals served were to die for. Truly world-class and exceptional quality.

We went to Villa d’Este in 2019 for a wedding and stayed there. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say it is the most iconic hotel I have ever stayed in. The garden design, together with the architecture of the hotel, creates such a peaceful atmosphere. Staying in a historic property with such beautiful design, well-maintained grounds, and top-level service gives you a completely different feeling. The restaurant’s food and the breakfast were rich and delicious. I had never seen an adult game room in any other hotel before—it really caught my attention and stayed in my mind.

This hotel surpassed all of my expectations. My friend and I arrived at the hotel, a little weary from traveling from the United States. We were able to check in a little early, which was much appreciated. They had a lovely silver bowl with fresh peaches waiting for us when we got to our room. We had a beautiful view of the lake. The blackout shutters are the best I have ever experienced. The beds were so comfortable and ensured a long deep sleep. The food was exquisite! I recommend having drinks by the pool. The Rossini was my favorite. The staff were attentive and met or exceeded every expectation. Their breakfast buffet was so fabulous. everything I had was so wonderful. The grounds are so beautiful and I cannot wait to come here again!

Everything about this hotel is wonderful but I had a theft from my room . My mistake was leaving purchases out near the chair and it must have been noticed that I came in with packages. I didn’t realize my missing purchases until I got home. Below are the purchases I made in Como and Bellagio which never arrived home with me.
