Die Lage ist im Alley, so ist es ein wenig eng, aber es gibt viele Zimmer im Inneren.. die Sauberkeit ist super, obwohl die Gästehausklasse ähnlich einem Hotel 3-star ist. Der Klimaanlage ist kalt, mit dem Preis von 130 ist sehr wertvoll, die Einrichtungen sind die besten

JJalanSabtuA nice and comfort hotel that attached to DP mall semarang with chic and modern looks. It was a 3 star hotel with stylish ambience and clean as well tidy. Perfect for solo or family traveler who love to explore city and its surroundings because rooms inc located in the center of semarang city and walking distance to the famous Lawang Sewu tourist destination. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfy with standard amenities. if you need any other things you can ask/call the hotel staff. The foods are many variant and changes each day as the taste are ok but good enough to accomodate your morning breakfast. Also try their other menu from the restaurant, it has a lit of options with reasonable price. The lobby area are cool with the pool table and cozy sofas, you can hang out for hours just for work or doing tour own studf with your laptops. Shopping and other foods you can find just besode the hotel as DP mall attached to it. from morning to midnight. The location also very near to any other attraction or tourist spot in town so it is easy to getting around. Finally the staff are great and polite with their warm hospitality 👍🏻

IIndriani AThe hotel is so good! Good location (near to go to practically everywhere), good facilities in the room & bathroom, very good service staffs, and best breakfast choices.
We came to check-in and passed all of our luggages to the hotel receptionist, and they arranged to bring our luggages to our hotel room, while we went out.
Breakfast spread & choices were so good, especially it has the Semarang unique food (nasi ayam, nasi gudeg, tahu gimbal, nasi pindang, nasi soto etc etc).
We also like the Sido muncul jamu, although a bit too sweet for us.
Concierge staff also helped us to pack our box at night time before our flight to Jakarta the next day.
Unfortunately for our corner room at 7th floor, somehow the traffic noise was quite loud.
We also hope the Tentrem mall will have many more shops for our shopping spree, else we still prefer to go to Paragon City mall :)

KKevin JohanesHad a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing

CChristiawanDas Problem mit dem WiFi. Das WiFi neigt dazu, all die Zeit auf meinem iPhone 15 Prowhile wieder anzuschließen, insbesondere war es vorangeschaltet. Während es überhaupt nicht an meinem Macbook und meinem Samsung Galaxy S22 angeschlossen werden kann. Dieses Problem trat nicht auf anderen POP-Hotels, die ich in anderen Städten besucht habe. Ehrlich gesagt, ist das irritierend. Der Service war gut. Die Ausstattung war auch nicht groß, aber es war ok, weil ich meine bringe. WiFi war das Problem. Als digitaler Nomad. Sie können auf vertrauen.

AAnonymer BenutzerIm Großen und Ganzen ist es in Ordnung, aber die Sauberkeit lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Das Gute an diesem Hotel ist, dass die Zimmer geräumig sind. Der Pool gehört zum Nachbarhotel MG Suites, sodass Kunden von MG Setos den Pool nicht nutzen können Kostenlos, wir müssen 50.000 Rupien pro Person bezahlen, um den Pool nutzen zu können. Der andere Nachteil ist der Parkplatz. Vom Parkplatz bis zur ersten Lobby gibt es keinen Aufzug. Wenn Sie also viel Gepäck mitbringen, müssen Sie dies tun Tragen Sie es schwer über eine Treppe vom Parkplatz zur ersten Lobby, bevor Sie den Aufzug nehmen können. Es ist also ziemlich mühsam. Aber Sie können Ihre Sachen vor der ersten Lobby abgeben, wenn Sie nicht alles selbst tragen möchten Das Personal bietet einen Trolley an. Nachts ist der Parkplatz verschlossen, er ist sicher, wird aber zu einem Problem, wenn man nachts ausgehen oder nachts zurückkommen möchte

GGuest UserFirstly this hotel was very cheap and so I did not expect a lot. It seems like an hotel that is either due to close or getting ready for major renovation. So everything needs a deep clean and a facelift. Having said that, because it is cheap it is actually very good value for money. The staff was very helpful, the room was grubby but nice enough and the bed very comfortable. I was really impressed by the food, we ate dinner in the hotel and had breakfast, both were great. If you can turn a blind eye to the ‘tiredness’ I would recommend this hotel.

GGastnutzerIch bat die Arbeiter, mein Zimmer zu ändern, weil mein Zimmer wegen der Live-Musik vor dem Hotel zu laut war. Die Rezeptoren gingen sofort mit der Frage ein und führten ein neues ruhiges Zimmer ein.
Und ich bat mich, die Waschmaschine früher als üblich zu beenden, weil ich das Hotel früher verlassen musste, um den Flug zu fangen. Und der Empfänger hat auch diese schnell gehandhabt und die Waschmaschine rechtzeitig geliefert.
Ich kann ihre Service und Gastfreundschaft nicht genügend schätzen.

WWarlordCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected.
I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain.
Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for.
Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for.
The rest of the stay was great.
I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.
