Das Hotel ist gehoben, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber, und das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich – absolut top! 👍 Es gibt eine kostenlose Minibar, und das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig! Im zweiten Stock des Einkaufszentrums gegenüber befindet sich ein gehobenes chinesisches Restaurant; das Essen hat mir hervorragend geschmeckt, und ich habe dort dreimal hintereinander gegessen. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in der Gegend bin.

Sehr bequem Ort. Der CP-Wert ist sehr hoch Es gibt eine spezielle Massage, die Frauen in der Nähe, Mall und Banken in der Nähe Der neue Hotel ist sehr offensichtlich. Aber der Mitarbeiterservice ist sehr freundlich und es wird empfohlen, zu übernachten.

Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

Perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Familien, die die Stadt und ihre Umgebung erkunden möchten, da die Zimmer im Zentrum von Semarang und in Gehweite zum berühmten Touristenziel Lawang Sewu liegen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sauber und komfortabel und verfügen über die üblichen Annehmlichkeiten. Bei weiteren Wünschen können Sie das Hotelpersonal fragen oder anrufen. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und wechselt täglich. Geschmacklich ist es ok, aber für das Frühstück gut genug. Probieren Sie auch die andere Speisekarte des Restaurants, sie bietet viele Optionen zu angemessenen Preisen. Die Lobby ist cool mit Billardtisch und gemütlichen Sofas – hier können Sie stundenlang arbeiten oder mit Ihrem Laptop Ihre eigenen Sachen machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und andere Lebensmittel finden Sie direkt neben dem Hotel, da die DP Mall angeschlossen ist, von morgens bis Mitternacht. Die Lage ist auch ganz in der Nähe aller anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Touristenattraktionen der Stadt, sodass Sie sich leicht fortbewegen können. Und schließlich sind die Mitarbeiter großartig und höflich und bieten eine herzliche Gastfreundschaft 👍🏻

Booked this IXO Hotel as I like new hotels. A short easy walk from Semarang Poncol Train Station. I like their colorful decorations a lot. Good hot water to shower. The small face basin is not a concern, but they have a small shelf above it, under the mirror, to place the 2 toothpaste sets, and it is hard to brush my teeth. Hard to aim my mouth above the shelf and not to splash water onto the shelf. Great staff. Modern decoration. They have snacks and instant foods to sell at Lobby. Guests can get boiling water and cold water from the machine there. Very clean floor in room 105 but the shower room needs a brush with cleaning liquid. Old towels. Good bed linen. My room is a few steps from Reception so I didn’t use the elevator. Room has 2 bottles of water, 2 toothbrush sets and wall mounted shower gel bottle. Can borrow cups from Reception to make our own tea. They don’t give tea nor coffee in room. Only 2 outlets to charge the phones: bed head shelf and under the clothes hanging hook. They manage to have a tv and mirror in room in a very well appointed place. Good design to make use of every corner in a tiny room. Windows can be opened.

The location is still goo. The hotel is very aesthetic and has a beautiful design. There is no gym or swimming pool, but the strength of this hotel is the rooftop. It is also near a big mall in Semarang, which is convenient.

Großes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Kessel und Mini-Kühlschrank mit Wasserversorgung auf jedem Stock. Viel Lager. Gutes Klimaanlage und angemessenes WLAN. Zimmer sind ähnlich einem Ibis-Design. Gute Lage, in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren und etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Wunderbares Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schönes Pool-Gebiet. Es ist auf einer Hauptstraße, so war es manchmal laut.

The location is superb, you need to pass small alley to go there. Many foods around area. The staff is very helpful. The room is small, without window, you can hear people talking or walk by. The cleanliness is really needed to improve, especialy for bathroom, and bed. The parking space is small and limited, but not too worry, they have security to assist you. Overall is quite nice to budget hotel.

Dari lokasi cukup strategis, pelayanan cukup bagus, Pelayan mengantar dan menunjukan lokasi kamar, beberapa kali terlihat petugas membukakan pintu saat tamu masuk/keluar hotel Kamarnya juga cukup luas Cuma kekurangannya ... Palkiran yang kurang memadai, lebih enak palkir diluar samping hotel, biar mudah keluar masuk, kalo palkir didalam kadang susah keluar karena tertutup mobil Semoga kedepannya, tempat palkir bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi, biar tamu lebih nyaman
